      This has been months of issues with one order for a treadmill with Dick's Sporting Goods and their delivery network . I purchased it from Dick's Sporting Goods via Affirm, making monthly payments. I am just going to attach all written communications for your review because it will be too many issues to rehash in this small space. Please note I have not received any resolution or response from the business since my most recent complaint. In addition to all these emails, I have attempted contact by phone. I have lost dozens of hours of my life working on this, two days of work, and at the end of the day, the product I received is damaged. For all the trouble I am going through, I think Dick's should just pay in full to Affirm and refund to me what has already been paid. You can also see I tried to get in touch with Affirm but am also having difficulty. Their email is unmonitored and their online form doesn't allow my complaint due to the date of my order.

      I made an online purchase for my school for tennis balls. The school is a tax exempt organization. I was told I needed to bring in the receipt and our tax exempt form to a store and they would refund the tax we paid. I did that, but the store could not find my order. I provided an order number and showed them a screenshot of the purchase, but they still couldn't find it. Their only suggestion would be to cancel the order, which I saw no option to do and they could not help me cancel it, or call the 800 number and wait on hold. I do not want to cancel my order since if I do, tennis balls are in such short supply, we may be out of luck since we had to order 36 boxes. We also can't allow the tax to stand since we are a tax exempt organization. We need: 1. A refund of our tax, and 2. With all the businesses I have purchased with tax exempt status, all it takes is for me to send in the form and they refund the tax the same day. Dick's makes this process very difficult.

      I purchased a bike from Dick’s Sporting Goods at 2:14PM on 07/17/2021 and at 7:00PM the same day I called the store and told the associate that answered that I would like to return my bike because after 5 minutes of riding around the parking lot of my apartment complex on the concrete my tire was flat. The pike pedaled great and everything else with the bike is 100% okay. The tire is just flat. I encountered much frustration and I want my money back, I no longer want the bike. The associate told me that there is a final sale policy for all bikes. That would’ve been great to know before I spent $520.85 of my own money that I work hard for. The manager on duty referred me to the store manager which wasn’t in at the time and told me to wait until Monday 07/19/2021 for an answer. I am filing my complaint due to the fact that there is no policy posted in the store regarding the final sale policy and the associate that helped me pick the bike or the cashier did not inform me of the policy.

      Purchase date 3/3/2021 Purchase amount $251.52 Purchase item bat (Miken Freak Primo) On March 3, 2021 my nephew and I drove 30+ miles into Spokane Valley, Washington to purchase a bat from Dicks sporting goods. We found exactly what we were looking for and made the purchase. We took the bat to the ball field a couple days later for it's debut, took roughly 8 swings and the bat nearly exploded in half, snapping and splintering, like something i've never seen with a composite bat. We took the bat to Dicks sporting goods for return, considering it has been less than a week and the bat only saw 8 balls and this is where the issue begins. Dicks informs us that they can't return the bat and we have to go to the manufacturer. The manufacturer needs a receipt and Dick's can't provide the receipt. We have revisited the store 3 times, been told corporate will locate the receipt and have zero resolution. I just spoke with Dick's online support and received the exact same results.

      I made a purchase for 219 and and that was fine it was held as pending then items were sent and those were also charged as pending so it looks like I was charged twice. Even though I will not be charged twice they took my available balance so we are not allowed to get gas and if and if anything goes through I will get a negative balance this give me an over draft so it’s pretty much they are charging me twice until it falls off. I called dicks and they said it was the bank and I talked to my bank and it is not them and they also said they have never seen this before

      My wife placed an order on 1/21/21 #*********** for 3 bobbleheads but it was put on hold till the item was in stock. Months later on 7/10 they charge us the amount of the 3 bobbleheads 15 times, $43.76X15=$656.40 and practically drain my bank account. I called my bank and they would place an investigation on the charges. I called Dicks but no response after being on hold for a very long time, but later chatted with Marc and promised that IT would work on it and send me an email but we never received an email. Come today we get another charge of $43.76, I had called the bank and told them to please stop any transaction from Dicks’s. I tried calling the corporate office number but I got nowhere with them. I need Dicks to please stop charging me multiple times for an item purchased, I have bills to pay and I can’t pay them all since they have stolen my money from my account without my consent, please help me get a resolution

      I ordered a pair of rare shoes on Dicks Sporting Goods website. The website said one pair left to pick up in store. The order went through. On my way to pick up the order was cancelled saying they could no longer fulfill. This was likely due to an employee that decided to take the pair and resell them for a profit on the secondary market. I would like to be able to purchase the pair of shoes I originally purchased. Do right by your customers

      Dick’s sporting goods is awful. I ordered a bike trailer from their website on June 12th, 2021. My order was supposed to arrive on June 21st. I did not receive my package so I called dicks in the June 23rd after still not receiving my package. I asked to have the shipping refunded and the guy told me he would issue it and I would get it within 3-5 business, and that I should receive my package by June 28th. I still never received my package so I called on June 29th to ask for a total refund. I found out that the shipping refund and never been processed like I was told it would be and was told that I would see the whole refund in another 3-5 business days. I called back on July 7th because I still had not received my refund then the supervisor Misty tells me it takes 7 business days to receive, and that I would probably have to call my banking institution and give them some kind of releasing code in order to get my refund.

      Been dealing with this issue with the company since February. It’s been months with no resolution and false promises. I order 2 items for pick on feb. With this company , the order number is ***********. The company stated it was picked up and then exchanged , I never went up to pick up the items nor got the chance to. Contacted the store they told me to contact customer service , no one helped at all. Many agents promised a refund was going to be processed , that was a lie as this has not been resolved and it’s been over 4months . A police report was filed and if needed this will be pursued in court as advised by the police as they have saw the proof of the promises made by the company itself if this is not resolved . Horrible service from this company do not want to deal with them anymore . I want this issue resolved
