  Power did and outstanding job with the window installation. The crew was very professional, arrived early and did a great job. I am very pleased with the quality of the windows and the work done.

  I would in no uncertain terms and with the strongest language possible NOT recommend Power Home Remodeling. They practice dishonest sales practices, and tout a warranty that doesn't do what the sales team says it does. If you attempt to speak to a manager, they put you on a waiting list, inform you you'll hear from a manager in 2 business days, and then you don't get a call. When you call back 2 weeks later, they tell you "We have internal stuff going on, there is a backlog." To get a single broken window replaced takes over a month. Once they get their check, they check out, and you're on your own. On top of that, they're very expensive. We went with them because of the promises the salesman gave us about the warranty. The warranty only exists while the salesman is selling it, don't be fooled. If you do go with them, read the contract in its entirety. Do not take their word on a single thing, and don't expect to be able to speak with management, because you won't be able to. They won't make it right, they don't care, and they already got your money. Also, after your project, they knock on your door incessantly to try to sell you additional products. I have enough friends, I don't need another best ****** Make sure that if you do use them, you have them add you to a "do not knock" list of some kind, or you'll be harassed over and over again. In addition to the above, the install team while fast, left broken glass in my home and damaged the bathtub by walking in it and stepping on glass presumably, causing scratches in the basin. Just don't use them, you're better off doing it yourself, or hiring your cousin or someone off the street. Obviously it wasn't all bad, there are some good things about them, but their pricing, their dishonesty for a sale, and the lack of support afterwards is enough to make me not want to use them ever again. Again, if you hire this company, do not take their word on anything.

  I appreciated how professional and caring every staff member was. From Fabi, who introduced the company, and ******* who walked through the process, to the installation team who worked in the rain, and ****** for the personal follow-up I felt taken care of. Good work, folks!

  We just had our windows replaced and we are so happy with not only the windows, we are extremely happy with the customer service. From the very beginning, ********* took time to explain the entire process with no pressure. Then ****** explained every aspect of having windows installed and the costs. We were quoted a price and that is what we paid. We were updated during every step including the ordering process, the purchasing process and the installation process. The crew was here on time and they were professional throughout the install. We definitely recommend Power for windows.

  Our sales person ****** was very professional, patient, and thorough. Our kids were running around during the appointment and he was very accommodating. The work was installed as advertised and the windows look great.
