    I contracted Beattie Home Improvements in good faith and paid a substantial deposit on February 26, 2025. As of June 27, 2025, only about 10% of the agreed-upon work has been completed. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I have received no refund or accountability leaving me no choice but to begin filing a claim in small claims court to recover the unused portion of my deposit. While the contractor often signed off with the phrase "God bless," his actions told a different story. Communication was minimal and dismissive, and I was made to feel like a burden rather than a valued client. The experience has been marked by broken trust, unfulfilled commitments, and a disappointing lack of professionalism. I urge others to look beyond surface-level pleasantries and consider my experience before engaging Beattie Home Improvements. I cannot recommend this contractor based on the costly and frustrating outcome I've endured.
