The following describes a pending government action that has been formally brought by a government agency but has not yet been resolved. We are providing a summary of the governments allegations, which have not yet been proven.
On October 22, 2019, the Chester County District Attorney's office charged the owner of this company, William C. Huyler, III, with theft, forgery and other related offenses. The charges related to Huyler's work as a property manager for two condominium associations from which he is alleged to have stolen over $980,000.00 from January 30, 2017 through November 29th, 2018. The Chester DA alleges Huyler's company co-mingled funds for the two associations, unlawfully acquired money from one condominium association and then used funds from another association to reimburse monies he took from the first. Huyler allegedly used the funds to pay personal expenses and other business expenses unrelated to the two condominium associations.
