  The reason for my low review is the billing section of this business. The times I have used this service has been good. Prompt and good service. The billing is another matter. I pay 2 accounts monthly by check and the bills are never right. Phone calls don't help. Letters and emails receive no response. One account was termed deliquent while the other had a credit. When it was "fixed" the rates on the "deliquent" one were raised to new rates. lol. Their fault and I was punished. I tried paying the amounts they requested although they were wring and the next month they were in error again. Very disappointed with the billing and lack of response.

  After the repair job to my sewer line was finished, due to some health problems, I didnt get out in my backyard until just recently.The good news:I apparently now have a free-flowing sewer line, and a new clean-out pipe that sticks up out of the ground, making it more accessible in the future.The bad news:Apparently, there was not much done in the way of a clean-up of the job site. I suspect that they left it just like they found it: I had called a plumber to come and run his 'snake' through the pipe, hopefully, to get the pipe flowing freely again. I had placed a 3/4" sheet of plywood, and some 2x4's on the ground near the clean-out, on which he could place his equipment.No joy! So, leaving all of that lying around, he just left to go help somebody else, and that's what Service Line Warranties of America found when they arrived.Twenty years ago, I might have been able to rake and/or shovel all of that dirt back into place. I am now 89 years old, with bad feet, knees, and back. Not happening! Is there some way to get someone to come clean up the job site? The rest of my backyard can be ignored.

  Im really unsure how I would rate this company and be fair with my answer. However there were some scheduling problems. After the work was completedI can say Im satisfied.

  I will admit to being a bit skepical ar first but was pleasantly surprised at how professional, convenient and timelt the service was. The vendor used was excellent and was above and beyond any plumbing service we had used in the past. His work was professional and included city inspection passage which no service before had included. Our issue had been a broken main line water pipe under our driveway. I am so very glad we had the Service Line warranty in place...worth every penny. And the vendor was way above par!!!!

  They were there within minutes of calling. They were serious about their work, hilarious with "all thst could go wrong" which apparently if did. They were great. Professional. And I appreciated that they did not get annoyed with me and my questions, or the neighbors who pulled up lawn chairs to watch the show.

  We have had this warranty for about ten years and have had to call twice in the past two years. Both times the company employees were helpful over the phone, and the places they chose responded quickly. Both times charges were covered as promised.

  This is the first time I have used my warranty and it was well worth it. Technician was outstanding. He was there when he said he would be, was professional, knowledgeable and quickly completed the job. I am very happy that I have this service.
