      "BBB ratings are not a guarantee of a business’s reliability or performance. BBB recommends that consumers consider a business’s BBB rating in addition to all other available information about the business" If I read this correctly, then why I just got a hard inquiry on my credit report? Never heard of this company? If I'm supposed to do business with BBB rating, well this was forced against me because I didn't had a choice to make that decision to pull my credit. No matter what business you in, or how you run it. Not fair to consumers, when nobody don't know who you are in the first place. Whose to protect the consumers???

      I just saw that this company did a hard inquiry on my account. I did not allow these people to do so. Remove this inquiry from my reporting company stat. You have no rights to do an inquiry without permission. Are you associated with LexisNexis another Shyster company reeking havoc on people without just cause. I wouldn't trust any information this company or the other one ever.

      Why did XACTUS did 6 hard inquiries on my credit when I do not know them, have NEVER done no business with them, I AM NOT shopping around for any mortgage of any kind? These people need to be locked up. Not 1 but 6??????? 2 in 2021 and 4 in 2022, none of these I have permitted to, please stop this now, I am speaking with my attorney, you thieves.

      Xactus has been running hard inquiries on my credit without my permission for several months in a row. I’ve never heard of Xactus until I seen it show up on my credit report. I am trying extremely hard to build my credit after filing chapter seven bankruptcy a few years ago and it doesn’t help me one bit if Xactus is continually messing with my credit.

      I have never heard of Xactus LLC. They did a hard inquiry on my credit. I have never contacted them nor have I tried to get a loan, mortgage or other wise from them or anybody else. You do not have my permission or authority to check My credit. I am telling you to stop or I will take this to higher authority.
