    Stiltz Home Elevators was a God send for my wife and me. We are both in our 70's, living in a bi-level home that we love. Both my knees are bone on bone, but surgery is out because of other health problems. My wife has had a ********************** in both legs within in the last two years. Without our elevator I never would have gotten her into the house without help. My man cave is in the lower level, but I eat and sleep upstairs and my knees do not appreciate stairs. We considered a stair lift, but it would have cost as much or more and interfered with getting appliances or furniture into the house.We had a problem shortly after installation and service responded almost immediately and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. During installation, Stiltz worked well with my carpentry contractor to assure ease of installation and a prefect job.

    Absolutely fantastic experience using this company. The product, my new stilts lift for three people has gotten me through two spine fusion surgeries and has been perfect. I cannot say enough about the customer service experience I have received and only support them when new potential customers want to see the lift in action. Dr. ***** and ********** ********.

    The unit is great. It's fast and quiet. My only gripe is that you have to continually hold the up or down button throughout the lift's movement. The installation process was less impressive. It all started out well but the carpet cut out of the room through which the lift moved was supposed to be saved and mounted on the floor plug. It was thrown away and its loss was an annoyance and disappointment to the installation. Also the installers said the ceiling through which the lift passed would be left just needing paint. No, it also needed spackling and finishing as well as paint. Finally, some of the screws in the shell that fits through the ceiling opening were never installed and there are scratches where the installers screwdriver slipped off the s**** while installing. When you pay an additional $9K for installation I expected perfection.

    We absolutely love our new home elevator by Stiltz!!! It has truly been a wonderful addition to our home. Not only is it beautifully designed, but it also functions flawlessly. One of my favorite features is how the light automatically comes on when you step insidesuch a wonderful touch. The elevator also operates very quietly. We had a stair chair for a different family member and this elevator is a significant improvement!!! We love it!!!The entire process, from installation to completion, was handled with the utmost professionalism and care.***** and *****, who installed the elevator, were absolutely amazing. They were not only extremely professional but also punctual and friendly throughout the entire process. It's rare to find a team that combines such expertise with a genuinely positive attitude.In addition to the elevator, ***** and **** also installed a fire ******ant room around the elevator in our garage. Once again, ***** and ***** work was impeccable!!!Their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right exceeded our expectations.You really can't ask for more from a company. We highly recommend Stiltz for anyone considering a home elevator!!! Their team is top-notch, and we couldn't be happier with the results!Also ****** has been wonderful to talk with on the phone. She is kind and friendly! And ****** did a wonderful job helping me decide on a location and gave me an estimate. He was very professional and I really appreciate his kind personality!Overall, we couldnt be happier with our decision to install this elevator, and we are so grateful we made the investment. It has truly enhanced our home and made getting around so much easier!Thank you so much to everyone for everything!!

    I love my Stiltz! I am getting older and found it hard to navigate the 15 steps in my home to the second level. The problem was that I only had a small space to work with. I saw a Stiltz ad in the ************* and decided to call. They had just the right solution: a small footprint elevator that fit perfectly in a corner beside the stairs. I couldn't be happier! Their customer service has been super and the installers were very professional. If you need assistance getting from one floor to another, give Stiltz a call, you won't regret it.

    ****** came out to do a maintenance check on my new Stiltz Home Elevator. He was very thorough and spent several hours inspecting every inch of it. He made several adjustments and also explained many things about it that I was unaware of,I love this elevator and use it daily. It is especially useful for moving heavy items and also bags of groceries from the downstairs to upstairs.If all the employees are as nice and professional as ****** then this is an exceptionally good company!

    After 9 months of waiting to have a ***** elevator built, there were many problems and delays. ********************************* the regional dealer did not deliver as promised. Only excuses. I still do not have an elevator today after spending almost $40,000. I do have a lot of problems with the preliminary construction that still need to be resolved at a high expense. Personally, I would stay away from *****.

    We never like to hear about disappointed customers regardless of reason. In this instance our understanding is that the lift has been on site since February but there were issues with a leaking roof from an upper floor patio affecting the lift install. Although these site related issues are outside our control and not related to the product we supply we have still been working with the local dealer to get things resolved as soon as possible.
