      I have received the wrong item 3 times in a row. I have paid my money and you are either unable, unwilling, or incapable of filling my order. I am tired of the run around at this point and I want my money back so I can go shop elsewhere. I ordered Padilla La Terraza MADURO and 3 TIMES they sent me Padilla La Terraza Connecticut. I can't do this anymore. I have called customer service and been on the hold for hours and they keep sending me the wrong item I am demanding my money back and will be registering a formal complaint with the better Business bureau. Look at my orders and see what it says... MADURO...then look at the other 2 orders for the same thing PADILLA LA TERRAZA MADURO....they have sent PADILLA LA TERRAZA CONNECTICUT every single time. Im tired of printing out return labels and going to the UPS STORE and still haven't received what I paid for. I want my money back!

      Utter joke of a company. Ordered 20 cigars for next day delivery for my wedding. Cigars were supposed to arrive on Wednesday. it's the following Monday and they still haven't arrived at their destination. Tried to get a refund and they cannot process anything until the package arrives back at their facility. Complete joke. DO NOT order from them.

      If I could give them no stars i would. Been doing business with them for years. Last order still reads processing 10 days after they charged my account. Paid in full and I dont have the merchandise nor do they respond to emails. I was on hold without any response for three days straight. They simply dont pick up. Lesson learned I have moved to Famous Smoke Shop. They have better deals and are efficient. Oh they also answer the phone!

      Don't waste your money! I paid for overnight shipping and they still have not shipped( 2 days later)! "***** H" from customer service sent me a fake tracking number, according to *** all they did was make a label.
