      I ordered 24 cigars and they only sent my 14. I immediately emailed them and was told that because the shipping weight was correct there was nothing they could do. I then called a *** and was told the same. They basically ripped me off. Ive spent quite a few bucks with them over the last couple of years, never again. Dont buy from them, find another cigar dealer. These folks are crooks.

      Gift card was purchased for my by my son. The card arrived late. They refused to tell me how long they sat on the order before shipping. Then I find out they never put the ***** amount on the card so it was useless, even though the transaction went through. They took the fifty dollar payment from my son and never put it on the card. When I contacted them after several days in customer service ****, I'm told I must be using an "old card" which is impossible because this is the first and only card I every got from them company. They have the history of everything mailed to me so (if they had bothered to check) they'd know there were never and old cards mailed out to me. This is a new card and again they took the money without putting it on the card.After the "old card" nonsense, I'm being told they were holding up shipping the new card because there must have been a problem with payment for the new card. I already have that card though and they know this because it was delivered and can be tracked by them. The card is in my wallet right now and it's NOT an old card. **************** is lazy and does not want to do their job which includes researching the order. They can check the transaction themselves on their own bank account and see they received the fifty dollars for a gift card. They can research and see that there was never an "old card" mailed to my home. They can see that shipping on the gift card was never "on hold" because it's actually been delivered. They are not doing their job because they are lazy.And now after going through all this customer service h*** through the email, I am being told to start over by calling someone else about the problem.

      The have some scam going on as I am getting a monthly charge for $14.95 for something with a third party that I did not sign up for. I called and they said it would be taken off but now it is charged again. It is a shame that a company their size resorts to something like this.

      Online ordering has an option to pay for a 3rd party subscription. That option is checked and hidden to where it is difficult to see and uncheck. There is a ***** monthly fee paid to "Cigars chipa". Nothing is shipped although the account shows shipped. When clicking on subscriptions, nothing is shown except a phone number to contact. The cigar international representative says it is a 3rd party that is being paid $***** for a service but no service is provided other than a membership. An 888 number was provided to contact the 3rd party to cancel the subscription. I never received anything from the 3rd party "Puro Perks"

      They shipped my order with one item backordered. They billed for what they shipped. OK fine. A day or two later they shipped the backordered item and instead of charging me for just that, they billed me again for the entire original order. The backorder amounted to only 6% of the total order. So in effect they billed me twice for the other 94%. I've called and emailed them to no avail. This occurred in April 2025.I've been a customer for 20 years.

      Same as so many other reviews I was signed up for a monthly payment without known consent on an order placed a year ago and only just now realized. Had liked purchasing cigars from this company but will no longer be a customer after this.

      I placed an order on March 9th for approximately $250 worth of products and paid extra for expedited shipping, as an adult 21 or older needed to be present for delivery. I arranged my schedule accordingly, taking time off work while preparing for a vacation to ensure I would be available.On the scheduled delivery day, I received a notice stating that my package was still awaiting pickup. Not only had it not been shippedfour days after placing the orderbut the additional fee for expedited shipping was effectively wasted, as the package would not arrive for another four days. By that time, no one over 21 would be available to receive it.I fully understood my responsibility when ordering a controlled product online and ensured that delivery could be accepted properly. However, Cigars International completely failed to fulfill their end of the transaction. One would expect a company dealing in controlled products to take their shipping commitments seriously, but this experience suggests otherwise.Fortunately, I was able to cancel the order since it had yet to leave the warehouse. However, I am now left without the product I needed for my trip, lost wages from taking time off work, and out of pocket for replacement itemswhile the company has taken my money instantly but requires two weeks to process a refund.This will be my last time doing business with Cigars International. Additionally, I will be reporting this issue to the ***, as I doubt I am the first ******** to be misled and inconvenienced by their handling of controlled shipments.

      I was enrolled in a subscription to cigars international without consent and charged a monthly fee. They do this intentionally and have for years. Incredibly unethical company.

      Do NOT ever give Cigars International any of your information!!! They will sign you up for magazine subscriptions WITHOUT your consent, knowledge, or approval. After you do some investigating to figure out that the random magazines are from Cigars International, then you you have to call them, and they will deny everything, claiming that you signed up/agreed (a blatant lie), and they will refuse to do anything. They state you must contact their partner scamming company, ******, but they never answer their phone at all! Cigars International used to be a legitimate business, but now they are just a scamming company. Stay far away from them! There is a reason their Better Business Bureau rating is only 1.18 out of 5

      It has been sometime since C.I.signed me up for puro perks without my consent.I made it clear they had lost my buisness for ever,yet they still send me offers by mail.Please get it through your thick skulls that no contact means just that,now please leave me alone.
