    After a Hot water heater leak, Servpro came out and cleaned up the damage and dried everything out. This process was fast and went well. We then decided to have them continue what they started and complete the reconstruction process. After completion, there was about $4,000 worth of work that wasn't completed, and our new flooring was poorly laid. The hallway floor sunk and made a cracking sound when walking on it, had gaps around the doorways/entryways and the quarter round wasn't even positioned properly around the walls. Upon inspection from Servpro and the contractor they hired to do the reconstruction; they agreed that the work was unacceptable, and it would be redone. Since no one could find the vinyl that was used, the entire flooring had to be redone instead of just the portion that was sinking. After a whole day of reconstruction, I'm frustrated to say that the floor in the hallway is still sinking and making a cracking sound when being walked on. Maybe all of the padding underneath should have been replaced instead of using different materials?Beyond disappointed and frustrated!
