I’ve done my skills exam and failed and I know I didn’t fail I am a PCT for a hospital I think some of these facilities like taking people money and then I had to wait over 3 hrs to take my skills exam and the AC was on high so it was cold in the room. Then I had to drive 55 mins just to let me the next day that I failed , I’m going to start a petition because theirs no way you have to do a skills exam when you do a. Clinical rotation and classroom rotation as well, you shouldn’t have to do this. You should be able to take the written exam and get your license.

If I could give it something less, I sure would. I have been back and forth about a med aide exam application. They said they made an error with wording in a support ticket and I would have to wait another 72 hours after I have called 2 and got two other answers. I asked for a supervisor and they said they don’t have any, which is unlikely. Shows me this company lies. I asked for a complaint line and they don’t have that either. And can’t put my support ticket urgent even if it is their fault. I will be asking for wage compensation from this company as I can’t except employment due to their mistake. I contacted our board of nursing and they stated they are considering dropping them as our test site due to several of complaints a day about this agency.

1st scheduling and exam is an absolute nightmare. You have to book your test super far out and really far away. The first time I scheduled my exam they canceled on me the day before after I had already booked a no refundable hotel which they would reimburse me for.
Then I had to reschedule my test a month out all the way in Spokane when I live in auburn,wa. To get to the point. I took my test at Sparrow health in Spokane and they failed me for thing I absolutely know I did for sure and even said OUT LOUD, because my nursing instructor warned us about being failed for things we actually did. These test should be video taped because I seriously feel scammed. I know absolutely 100% I did the step’s correctly. I feel as though credentia is an absolute MONEY GRAB, from what it seems like after reading other reviews they purposely fail people so that they can collect more money on test retakes. I have given up on trying to get my cna so thanks credentia!

My experience with Credentia was one of the worst I've had in a while. Scheduled my written and skills test for the same day and was told to be there early or I could be turned away from being able to rest at all. Got there 45 min early. The proctor was late!
We finally were able to do our written test and while waiting to do our skills test at 10:30 we all noticed other girls coming into take the skills as well in that time slot too. Those of us who had been there since 7:45 a.m. were put down as last on the list to test! We ended up waiting 8 hours to take our skills test even though we had been there since early morning. There were two diabetics and one lady with MS who ended up testing last and had to sit ALL day even though they had been there longest.
One of my skills was blood pressure. The BP equipment malfunctioned but I was not allowed to do it over because I said skill done before realizing what I'd done.
This company is just in it for the money and when it gets to where NO ONE wants to be a CNA because of its greed and disorganization then ALOT of sick and elderly will end up suffering because of them!
I am totally disappointed and thoroughly disgusted!!

This organization is predatorial in the state of Washington needs to contract with another company. I completed my nursing assistant training on March 22, 2023 and scheduled my written exam, took, and passed my written exam 4/8/23 in Marysville. It’s a 2 1/2 hour drive from where I live, but was the soonest I could test. Now my problem with them starts with the skills exam. I had to schedule my skills exam 5/6/23 in Lynden, WA which is a 7 hour round trip drive from where I live. I paid the $110 to test, failed my first test on one skill. Ok no big deal let’s study and do it again. Paid the $110 again scheduled a second test in Spokane, WA 3 hours away from where I live. Went and they failed me again on Hand-washing, a skill I had passed precisely and I knew I didn’t fail. Filed a grievance on 5/27/23 and the amended my score to passing 6/10/23. BUT when I had contacted them originally 5/27/23 they encouraged me to reschedule in case they didn’t agree with my grievance, so I could get into test sooner. I contacted them 6/12/23 to ask for a refund of my $110 for the test scheduled 6/19/2023 because they amended my score and I no longer am required to test. Spoke to Brenda and she placed a ticket, the rejected saying it’s too close to the testing date to cancel. Called back because I literally don’t need the test because they graded me wrong, talked to another customer care worker and supervisor and was given an e-mail. Now it’s 6/17/2023, I’ve not received a response or refund. I just had a c-section 6/9/2023. $110 is a lot of money considering the money they’ve already made off me for 3 tests and all my travel costs. They need to work on their customer service and do the right thing and return my $110 for a test o clearly don’t need and contacted them about prior to the testing date.

I agree with the customers who had taken the written exam. I also taken the exam and the computer went down on their end and they said that i fail it. It also showed my test resulted when i was taken the exam it went from a 91 to a 65 result. They only give me credit for the 5 question i took at the end of the exam. I also did a grievance form and supervisor form too. I had to get the State Board Of to write the grievance form and supervisor form cause they deleted what I wrote on it.

Took the skills exam twice the first time the evaluator failed me because he said I verbally said the step but didn’t perform it which I clearly did. I talk through my skills while performing them so that what I’m doing is clear. The second time my evaluator failed me on steps I clearly did but it’s the evaluators word over mine and there’s not much I can do about it. Overall I’ve just had a bad experience with Credentia and their evaluators. I feel that with them it’s a set up to fail.

If you don’t have a direct log in for your account it’s a complete headache because everything is done online. Been going through this since October of 2022. I was told to make a new account 3 different times just to access my certification and still couldn’t get into the account. I missed work & had to wait weeks for my certification to be renewed because I did not have access to my account. It’s sometimes impossible to get through to someone on the phone. When i finally spoke to a person I was told they could not mail my certificate . They also told me I basically have to try create ,yet again, another new account. Was told everything is done through the online account.

I called credentia last week, was nice on the phone and answered my questions so I scheduled on their site to take an in person exam. Today I was emailed the exam was canceled and I won't be refunded. I found their company policy was conflicting. On the website I have 1 year. In the email sent today they lied and told me it was already to late. Which is not true. I spoke with customer services about my refund and she said she would pass a note to her manager. That was 5 hours ago and I've not heard anything. What a terrible way to conduct business for health care professionals. You legitimately ripped me off for 85 dollars, shame on you and the state of Pennsylvania for hiring this money racket.
