    I've been working with ****** **** since losing my job about 3 months. He has been absolutely amazing, taking the time to help me find plans and alternatives that work for my budget and meet my specific needs. His patience and in depth knowledge of the insurance options available to me has made me feel very well cared for and safe in our interactions. I love that he hasn't hesitated to take what could have been a quick call and indulge me in making it much, much longer to thoroughly check through alternative routes and help me find the optimal plans. I had a negative experience with my insurance not covering my medication and giving my doctor and myself the run around in trying to get a prior auth. ****** happened to call today to discuss next year's enrollment and instead spent a good hour on the phone with me discussing options to change my coverage as well as a potential move in the future. Automated survey at the end of the call wouldn't register my entry, but I 5/5 would and have recommended their services to anyone in need. Thank you!
