    ****** *. has always been a great help to me going on 4 years now. He is very good at explaining anything I don't understand. He keeps excellent notes on all our conversations, so no matter when I call it's as if we are having one continuous conversation. I appreciate all of his help over the years. I have recommended him to my housemates and now he helps them as well. Now I tell them I need to call my friend ***, and they know exactly who I'm talking about.
