      Temp tags expire tomorrow and I have yet to receive my new ones .. or even a new temp tag . All the customer service could tell me was that they could write me a email like it was going to be some hall pass for the police if I get pulled over. Im getting a lawyer , this is unacceptable.

      We believe this review was left for the incorrect company as Driveway Finance Corporation is not the company that processes DMV transactions for automobile transactions.  We recommend the consumer reach out to the company they purchased the vehicle from - they may be confusing us with ************************ or a ************* dealership.  We are strictly an auto loan finance company, and again, do not process DMV transactions which would include registration.

      I financed a vehicle from you and the registration is your responsibility which you have failed to do , but I have obtained a lawyer and we will determine who is liable seeing as though my car note has not been compensated for the time in which my vehicle is illegal to drive.

      Absolutely terrible company they leaked personal information to another company and there saying I owe more on my truck than I fianaced all my payments are late with fees and havent showed up that there even paid or they kick back my payments just to get the late fee they are crooks steer clear for your own good

      1. On January 6th, 2025, I sold my automobile, which had an outstanding loan from Driveway Financial Corporation.2. The auto loan was paid in full on January 7th, 2025, via ACH.3. The funds were received by Driveway Financial Corporation as confirmed by your **************** on January 7th, ******. **************** informed me that the funds were received and the account is in CLOSE/PAYOFF status.Despite this, I was informed that Driveway Financial Corporation enforces a 14-day hold to officially remove the lien on the car. This practice seems unreasonable and impractical for several reasons:5. The funds were received, and the account was closed, indicating the loan was paid in full.6. Without the lien release paperwork, the buyer of the car cannot register the vehicle.7. The delay puts a financial burden on the buyer, who is paying insurance for a vehicle they cannot drive.8. It is a poor business practice to have sold a car to a hard-working family who cannot use the vehicle due to a banking processing technicality that is overridable.I am asking Driveway Financial Corporation to make an exception and grant an immediate lien release letter. This will not only be fair to both the buyer and myself, but it will also demonstrate your commitment to excellent customer ********** complicate matters further, I will be leaving the country tomorrow, January 9th, 2025. I will not be present to collect the lien release letter or the title and deliver it to the buyers of the vehicle. I kindly request that you expedite this process and help us resolve this issue promptly.This is an urgent matter, and I appreciate your attention and assistance in this situation. Please do the right thing for your customers and grant the immediate release of the lien.

      I just bought a brand new **** F250. They did the financing through Driveway Finance. I have a FICO score in the 800's and they gave an interest rate of 6.99% which is ludicrous!!! I was first told one payment amount and one interest rate but when I got the paperwork the payment was over a hundred dollars more and the interest way higher. I think they are a scam!!! Do not use them!!! I am already looking into refinancing with my credit union and I haven't even made the first payment yet. I see in the other complaints they were having issues making payments or setting up an account and I found that to be very easy for me. I am very disappointed in Driveway Finance and the dealership!!!

      My car was totaled back in October and the insurance patio 90 percent of the car. But this *********** is harassing me about the last 2360 but they are so money hungry that they cant wait for *** to pay So this company wants to ruin my credit report even though *** will pay it off. This is so sickening especially since Im a total disabled veteran. This company is nothing but a ripoff.

      Predatory lending practice. When I chose to pay off my loan in full with Driveway Finance I learned that their online system only allows $9999.00 payment per day. After contacting their customer service directly, I was told that they cannot accept payment other than online. They continue to charge interest on the account daily in the interim. While not a significant amount of money, this is a despicable lending practice. Unfortunately, I will have to spend the next couple of days waiting for the 24 hour period to pass in order to pay off this lender. A waste of my time and my money.

      I only give them 1 star so I can give this WELL EARNED COMPLAINT. Driveway Finance Corp seems to be corrupt. They make it hard as h*** to make a payment. It gets worse as you get close to paying off your interest to them. It's like they want you to leave them once you've paid off your interest, and they are no longer making money off you. If you go to another finance company and pay them off, that gives them $$ to use in another area. They send your bill just about a week before it is due. Making it hard for them to get your payment in a timely manner; even if you send out the payment the day you receive the bill. When I can FINALLY get through to them they tell me they haven't received my check in the mail...even though it's been 12 to 15 days since I mailed it out...acting like it's the **** fault. I mail out other bills, going to addresses further away than DFC's office. These other businesses process my payments within a few days...ALWAYS! It's almost impossible to make online payments, because the box to "Send" the payment on their online payment screen is set up outside of the screen margins...so you cannot get to it to "Send" the payment. They have no ****************** online options. You have to call them; but it's almost impossible to get through by phone. I got through once or twice by phone, and have sent notes on this information w/my payments. Nothing has changed. Since their reviews are so low...If they ever charge me a late fee, I will sue them. I am also going to contact the Better Business Bureau with this information.

      I bought my vehicle over a month ago and financed through Driveway Finance Corp. I have not been able to make a payment or set up an account. Every time I have tried I get an error message and have waited multiple times on hold for over 40 minutes only to be told they will talk to their IT department and get back to me. I am now worried I will miss my first payment, hurt my credit and possibly have my car repossessed all because I can't get ahold of anyone to make a payment. Extremely disappointed in this company.

      Dozens of people online are complaining about their inability to get an email reply, someone to pick up the phone, or obtain online access to view account information. Myself included. It has been several weeks if not months since the company underwent maintenance that has only caused more problems instead of improving them. If I want to finance something, and the only business available is *** I will refuse the purchase. If a company cannot resolve their communication issues and do not compensate their customers' clients within a reasonable amount of time (3-7 days maybe) then they should no longer conduct business this way as they are incompetent. I would not be surprised to find an empty room where their office is supposed to be.

Fixes are also on the way to improve our payment process and the methods available as well. All feedback has helped us learn what our borrowers need,and we are working to implement them.
