      All Their Cars Are So Overpriced By $***** To $ ****** And More. And They Want To Give You $ ***** To $15,000 Less On Your Car On A Trade In, When They Are Selling Similar Cars On Their Site For $***** To $15,000 More Then What They Are Offering You On A Trade In Plus The Cars Have 50 To 100 Thousand Miles More Then Your ******** Shipping , AS Is, No Warranty. TOTAL RIPOFFS. [ STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY] Look For Cars Being Sold By Owners. Now You Can Have The Car Cheked Before You Buy It. This Way You Are Safe And Not Be Sorry Later.

      I can definitely see why this company is not BBB accredited. They scam people into cars that aren't even road worthy. Making customers wait weeks to pick up their car not even delivery

      After dealing Driveway ************** changing their online system delaying all payments and business transactions. I wanted to pay off my loan with Driveway Finance I learned their online system only allows $9999.00 payment per day. I contacted their customer service I was told that they do not accept payments other than online. So they continued to charge interest on the account, and a forced waiting period of 24 hour to pay a maximum of $9999.00. After a few days of payments, I cancelled all my ************* and extended warranties which unfortunately the checks were sent to ******/Driveway Financial. The checks were sent, I called multiple times requesting a payoff letter they said I will receive an email in a couple days, I waited a couple days and called back to learn I cannot get a payoff letter until the *** clears which the ********************* says it already cleared. All of these companies are connected yet cannot work together, all under ****** the parent company. Apparently their is some kind of hold on the *** that was cleared of 14 days and I will not get a payoff letter until after the 15th of June. Who knows how long I'll have to wait for the refund checks to be sent back to me. Driveway Finance Corp also deleted all my history from my online account so no information on my payments or any payment history they completely deleted everything, I have no access to anything. **************** says once your loans were paid off you are deleted from the system. What a nightmare company. This has been a very frustrating interaction.

      They changed website and ap. You can't make a payment. Tried contacting them and no return call, all the while they are charging me a late fee. This company is a joke. I do not have time to play their stupid games/ I work during the day and can't call them.

      My husband and I bought a 2018 ***** Cx-5 through ************************. The buying and delivery process was simple and easy. However, when we received the vehicle, we immediately noticed that it was smoking out of the engine. As soon as we noticed the issue, we took videos so that neither Driveway or *********** ***** in ** could try to say that we did something to the vehicle. The very next morning we took the car to a professional mechanic who diagnosed that the vehicle had a blown head gasket and would need a brand new engine. We contacted Driveway immediately to let them know about the issue with the vehicle. Upon hearing the news from the mechanic, we contacted driveway to tell them that we would be returning the vehicle (all within the 7 day return window) and that we would like our shipping fee back since we received a vehicle that was not safe to drive. Driveway then told us that they would try to get our shipping fee back for us, but ultimately it was up to the dealership that the car was purchased through. Driveway then contacted us to tell us that *********** ***** said that the smoking is due to residual oil left from a head gasket cover fix they did at the end of April. When we have a professional mechanic telling us that they used this fix as a bandaid to cover a much bigger issue. When purchasing used vehicle through driveway there is an AS IS box that states that all of their vehicles are inspected and reconditioned for mechanical and safety issues. This was not the case for my husband and I. Now, when we try to reach out to anyone at Driveway, they ghost us. We will be getting every single ***** of our money back. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and if Driveway wants to continue to ignore the situation and ghost us, we will not only take legal action against the dealership but we will also take legal action against them.

      **** recently changed their app/website, requiring you to create a whole new account. It takes several days to get this done, in the mean time my payment was coming due. I was unable to make one online, using the automated call system nor reach anyone via phone. This company is a scam!!! DO NOT USE. Run.

      We had a loan with them and my wifes van was totaled. In order to get gap coverage you had to receive information from them. They called us three times a day for months asking for a payment on a car that was totaled. They failed to send us the information that was required to get a gap check sent to them. It took them six weeks to get us the gap check information. Then we have a refund. Its taking them six weeks to get us a refund check and they dont even know When the check will be sent out. They dont know a check number they dont wanna check will be cut. They dont know anything. They are the most worthless company I need to be shut down.

      In December, 2024 I purchased car at ***** of *******************, with loan through Driveway Finance Corp, sadly, dont have an access my account since then, keep receiving error Unable to find loanDuring multiple attempts, I found myself in the middle of ping-pong game between DFC customer service and technical support CS's polite, however, inadequately trained, have no interest of helping, but dont mind small talk. They dont take notes, so I have to explain details, every time to everyone I transferred to. Every call I spend at least an hour and get same answer I did everything possible, sorry; I can make a payment only by phone, because cant set up Auto payments Tech-support insists fixing the App, but not website, Nataly helped me all way until its locked on See Pay-off. She creates a ticket but refuse to give the number; nothing's fixed still Next day I cancelled secondary Warranty though it wasnt rendered, and deemed void. Little that I knew then, dealers finance ******* *** simply lied about. I notified *** about cancellation but they choose to ignore it, both hoped I'll forgot. Having $2274 extra in loan, I overpaid 3 mo. of interest When *** received $2274, it was kept hostage for over 2 weeks, until next payment became due. They knew I was ready to refinance, get rid of unreasonably high interest March 20,I requested Pay-off letter, customer service said it can only mail it First class to my address. It took 12 days, leaving me few days for closing April 7, after 1 hour of useless talks w/2 people, manager ****** offered me a favor- email Pay-off letter, due to inability to fix the access for 5th time Frustrated, I told him how they refused it 3 weeks ago Conclusively, due to Driveways amateur website, awful customer support and discrimination, I have been suppressed of accessing my account, jeopardizing the opportunity to refinance I feel mugged by the team of Driveway Finance Corp and *****'s dealership

      If I could go negative stars on this company I would. They don't seem to have anyone, that works there, able to do their job. Took over 20 days for my check to clear their books. Repeated efforts to find out what the **** they were doing with my check did not help. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.
