Really would give zero star. They have absolutely zero concern for tenants. Blocked exit/ entrance to my second floor apartment for three days. Scared and dangerous with zero warning. Could not leave for a doctors appointment I waited for three months to get. Ambulance/ fire could not get in to help me. In addition, they made me pay a plumber to fix the bad pipes in my kitchen. Wouldnt even return calls and left me without use of kitchen for four days until I finally reached ****. Once you give notice to leave, they present you with a ridiculous list of what tenants have to do to get deposit back it is obvious from the list that they have no intention of returning a dime to you. They require professionals to clean the blinds and tenant pays. They expect you to move out appliances and WASH THE ***** behind them. All walls in apartment must be washed. Stove burners must be replaced by tenant and the same with all filters everywhere. I am a74 year old disabled widow of a disabled veteran and moved out a month before my lease was up. Had professional cleaner do kitchen and bathroom. Now they are charging me rent because the keys got lost in maileven though I dropped off duplicates. Please read the reviews online. They will show that this company is not a fair and kind company and my story is among many others experiencing the same or worse. I am filing additional complaints with rental regulators. Also, educating tenants of what their experience will be if they try to leave. Worse of the worst
