      Management company skipped my apartment during state inspection, We are exposed to mold and wood rot, I am being harassed constantly by this company, I have been here 9 years, Windows and door is allowing moister and mold the floor is rotting. Outside of my apartment is rotting and insulation is exposed. Told me I had to paint and clean carpet that is rotting underneath holes of rotting and wood splitting upstairs bedroom, I have pictures that it will not let me upload proving my complaints These are just a few pictures of many.

      We have it scheduled with the City of ***** Inspector for Wed October 15, 2025 at 10:30.  On the day of the original inspection with the City- tenant claimed she did not know anything about the inspection and stated she did not do anything for the re-inspection from our original inspection at the end of June 2025 except put the smoke detector back up.  At the end of the inspections on the rest of the property- the inspector and our office missed to go back to this tenants units.
      We are in the process of working with a few contractors on getting estimates for windows and repair/replace siding on the property.
      Attached are the violation notice from our first inspections and it states to clean the walls and carpet, smoke detector was down, declutter apartment and patio, clean baseboard heaters and replace broken blinds.  We did not tell the tenant she had to repaint the unit.  The Termination for Cause was given since the tenant said at the time of the City Inspection and Re-Inspection that she did not do anything on the form.  
      According to the maintenance request submitted by the tenant, we have addressed a variety of the maintenance in the unit.
      Attached are the 2 notices given to the tenant for the items in the unit that she needs to address and take care of.
      We hope that this resolves this dispute.
