      I ordered a coat and received a picture sayong it was delivered. The picture was in a car showing a baby bottle nothing like my apt. I emailed them,called them. They wanted me to send them.pucs of my apt and door and the delivery picture. They kero saying its under investigation. They will not give me a refund or a anothet coat! I keep getting emails saying my case is closed with no information. No matter what time you call its over an hour wait. What are they investaging. They said they are waiting because they might find it. Its beens weeks. I just want my money back or my coat. Worst customer service ever. Same story we are investigating. Investigating what? Where is my coat or money? They have my money and I have nothing!! They said i shoukd order anothet coat and return that one if they find it? What???

      I ordered this item on 11/23/24 and have not received it yet. Columbia is telling me that its a shipping issue, shipping company is telling me its the companys issue. Getting the run around. I bought the item at a local store because my child was in need of a coat for the cold weather. I just need a refund. This whole back and forth process has been incredibly difficult, my husband lost his job so while this may not seem like a big deal to ******* is to our family of 7, especially during the holidays. I just need a refund.

      On 11-22-24, I ordered an item from Columbia sportswear. The item was scheduled for delivery on *****. After contacting customer service numerous times, an investigation was launched to track my package. The courier that Columbia uses is called Ontrac. On 12-12-24, I received an email at 1.45 am stating that my package was delivered on 12-11-24 at approximately ***** pm. I have a camera facing my front porch. There is no recording of any person coming to my home at the above mentioned time. I contacted Columbia the next day, and was told another investigation would be launched for the missing package.

      Ordererd an item, and it's stuck in their logistics network. I asked for a refund, and they refuse to give me a refund, but instead are telling me I need to wait to receive the item before initiating a return/refund.Instead, they recommended I re-order the same item. I did. I haven't received that one either. Columbia Sportswear needs to take a SERIOUS look at their ECommerce fulfillment operation, and hire someone that is actually competent. This is truly ridiculous.If I received the item, I wouldn't be initiating a refund.

      I spoke with an agent and manager with Columbia regarding a coat that I ordered and didn't receive. They started the package was delivered on 12/7. I informed them that the package was never received. They said I signed for it. I informed them that I was at work and also those aren't my initials. They requested that I take a picture of my front door and I sent them the pictures. I haven't had anyone to reach out to me. I'm calling them informing them that the carrier started they delivered the item to the wrong location and are unable to retrieve the package. Columbia states they closed the investigation. I have no coat, no refund,no compensation and no one willing to resolve this HUGE error. This is extremely poor customer service and no consumer should be treated this way. I'm still waiting on my refund or merchandise.

      Purchased a jacket from Columbia, received shipping notification email item to arrive Sat 12/7. It didnt, updated to Monday 12/8, then Tuesday 12/9 and now Wednesday 12/10. Was told to call back if it didnt show up Tuesday and they would credit my order and work with shipping to find missing package. Called back on Wed as instructed and was told I would NOT be getting credit but turned over to some internal investigation team that would update me on progress every 5 days. They completely lied to my face and now want to delay, delay and delay. At this point I just want my money back so I can spend it anywhere else and never do business with these shady liars ever again.

      I ordered a coat from Columbia Sportswear. The coat was transferred to their shipping provider. The coat was to be delivered on December 8th. From December 8th to December 10th the package was scanned 14 times each time stating the package was loaded onto a vehicle. I contacted Columbia to state there clearly was a problem with delivery and was told there is nothing they can do just be patient. I explained there would be no reason for a package to be loaded into a delivery vehicle 14 times in 3 days when the place it was scanned in is only 20 minutes from my house. I tried explaining to the *** that the package is either lost or stolen. Again I was told to be patient and wait.

      I ordered a winter coat for my daughter. It was picked up by ****** and has been sitting in **** NV since 12/2 with zero update. I spoke with Columbia about this issue and was told I would have to wait 14 days while they investigated the matter. Ontrac is unreachable other than by text message. In the meantime I have completed my part and paid for a coat but cannot receive it. This should be an issue between Columbia and ******. Meanwhile my daughters winter coat is somewhere. From previous complaints it appears this is a common issue and practice with Columbia and ******.

      Columbia consistently offers expedited shipping but never ships in the time frame paid for ordered on November 29th, paid for 2 day expedited shipping but have been told order MIGHT show up by wed dec 4th not what i paid extra for in fact, Sebastion at Columbia said that part of the order has yet to be picked up by shipper and could take 5 days after to arrive I've asked for a refund of the extra shipping fee and have been told no but rest assured they feel my concern that's Columbia's service they understand but offer no help
