      This business is hungry for power but with no intention of keeping their employees or residents happy. I was an employee with the company for nearly one year, when I was let go without cause and without warning. When asked why I was let go, they refused to provide me with a reason. The management and HR are only for themselves and never provide any real help to their employees. My coworkers job was threatened when she informed our upper management that she needed to attend a funeral. They offer no time for unpaid bereavement, which also happened to me when I asked for two weeks off when my brother died. They gave me a maximum of 5 days and said if I didnt return, I would likely be let go. This company is a sad excuse for property management. They move their employees around from property to property so often, that the residents on the property dont feel any security and things always fall through the cracks. They will fire people for the dumbest reasons, instead of just training their employees. They throw people into their position without even explaining what to do. Our groundskeeper was let go with no warning for an issue that further training would have helped. Stay away from this company at all costs, if you want to keep your work-life balance, have job security and value your mental health. I deeply regret not leaving this company sooner for better opportunities.

      This property management has a Gaslighting problem and scamming application fees with no intentions on renting.
