      Could be a useful service if there weren't so many unknowns. Unless you live next to one of there "addresses" in ******, ****, or ** that they assign you, it's hard to know if they really exist. It also appears that a lot of merchants or shippers won't ship to their address, atleast in ******. After considerable thought and a few phone calls, I decided they were a legitimate business. I then arranged a package to be sent to their location for me to pick up in person. However, the package could not be delivered because Purolator shipping refused to ship to their location. The package was returned to sender. I spoke to Reship.com customer service and they said, sorry Purolator won't ship to us. Unfortunately Reship didn't tell me that until the shipment had already been returned to sender. Then I asked for my Gold membership fee to be refunded since they couldn't receive the shipment, and they knew it when they charged me the money. They said they never refund fees even if they are the problem. I'm sure someone has successfully used their service, but it all seems a little shaky...

      Shut this place down immediately! Someone from Amazon is selling customer information and is working together with employees from ReShip.com. A few days ago $499.99 was charged on my Amazon account and this consisted of a cell phone and Amazon Prime subscription. Just look at the ****** reviews of this place and it's about fraudulent purchases made on customer's ***** Paypal, Amazon and personal credit and checking accounts. The *** needs to get involved in shutting this place down and also investigating employees at Amazon. There is huge operation going on and they've been getting away with it way too long. The only people who have access to customer's personal identifiable information is Amazon corporate and the offshore customer associates in *****, which I suspect is running some type of scam between their call center and Reship.com. Fraudulent Address:13820 ********************************************************************************************************

      My debit card was stolen by a *********************** from this company; this person bought over $150.00 worth of ************* products fraudulently. I an so angry that I will do ANYTHING to ruin this 'company'.

      Nike.com was just charged on my account by "*********************" **********************************. I reported the fraud to my credit card company. Looks like they went through my PayPal account. Hope you get caught, "****".

      I have an item posted on FB Marketplace for $250 and I received a FB msg from a ********************************* to purchase this item but they are a truck driver, very busy, willing to pay extra to help mail it to their son in ********. After many messages back & forth, they provided the address ********************************; **********************. The requested to make the payment through CashApp, claimed to have sent it but said they received an email stating CashApp was having a problem crediting to my account because I needed to upgrade to a business user and I would receive another $200 for the upgrade. Keep in mind, I have not seen any of this money appear in my CashApp. I then receive an email stating how I SHOULD pay back the $200, which is by purchasing $200 in Googleplay Gift Cards, Scratch the cards, take pictures of them and the receipt showing purchase with cash and also pictures of the cards and receipt showing cash paid to them.

      They ordered things from Zulily using my PayPal account. Charging thousands of dollare for things i never ordered. Their address for shipping is *********************************************************************************** 97251-1158-us. No ideahow they did it.

      Their incompetence matches perfectly with their slow response times.They will take far too long to ship your package, and they require you to call them multiple times to get them to actually do anything with the package. They are not timely. They are not helpful. They are not a good shipping service. Go with someone else. I was enticed by their low rates, but I regret my decision terribly.

      Here's the email I sent them upon them ignoring me when inquired about the $5 rip off (their staff took pictures of the outside packaging without taking any pictures of the contents). Your failure to respond in a timely manner is disappointing, as usual, but not unexpected. This merits a leveling. The delays in your service between when an item is received to when it shows up in your site is quite appalling. Your refusal to address mishaps and mistakes made by your own staff in a timely manner is the epitome of incompetence. The cherry on top, thievery! Unjustly ripping off a customer for an included service. No idea what business model you have, but I know which direction it's headed: to the ground. Nobody working in a customer service-oriented business is going to make it with the subpar standards you continue to express, time after time. You may steal my $5, but it's going to cost you a costumer. Knowing your usual behavior and intentions, I doubt that it makes any difference to you as a point of reflection and reconsideration of your practice. Feedback is unlikely to mean anything to people running their business the way you do. I shall make my experience with your business known whenever prompted. It has been an utmost displeasure and hope to never cross paths with you again.
