Reship.com is withholding multiple packages valued at several thousand dollars, citing ************************ verification requirements. I complied with all their requests and provided the requested documents (including government-issued ID and proof of address). Reship has been a so far scam. They advertise and have let me know that it might take up to 48 hours from shipment delivery for the package to be logged into the system. It has now been over 9 days and the customer service is ridiculous, they just say that they will check with the warehouse and that it might take 48 hrs to respond. I have reached out now 6 times and have not gotten an answer. I have over $100 in merchandise there and need to know whether or not my package has been stolen or if I have been scammed.Initial Complaint

I had two packages delivered to Reships warehouse in ****** (********, **) on July 7, 2025. Both were confirmed as delivered and photographed at the facility. One package was processed correctly and placed in my suite, but the other has been missing ever since, despite having clear evidence, including:Tracking information from Apple Express showing successful delivery Photos showing both packages side by side at Reships warehouse door Vendor name, item description, and identifying marks on the box I have contacted Reship multiple times (over the course of 2+ weeks), spoken with the same representative repeatedly, and provided all supporting documentation. Each time, I was told the issue was being escalated, but I have yet to receive any resolution, refund, or meaningful update. In addition, they have now begun charging me daily storage fees for the other packageeven while the first remains unresolved.This level of negligence and lack of customer service is unacceptable. Reship falsely marked my package as shipped even though it had not been sent. I had to repeatedly follow up because tracking never updated. Much laterafter I uploaded another label (of many) using the same carrierthey informed me that they do not accept labels from that carrier. If thats the case, why were all my packages marked shipped with those labels? Thats either gross negligence or deliberate misrepresentation.Even worse, they handed off the packages to the wrong carrier anyway, without notifying me or flagging the issue. Most of the packages were eventually returned to their warehouse, but this onecontaining valuable itemswas lost. Theyve refused to compensate me, claiming its not their responsibility because I used my own label, and that I should contact the carrier instead. But the correct carrier confirmed they never received the package, and not being at fault for a package they never received, theyve denied my ******** short: Reship mishandled the package, misled me about its status, failed to notify me of a known issue, and is now refusing accountability. Ive submitted an invoice to them demanding compensation for the lost package due to their mishandling.Business Response

Reship is a third-party carrier as freight forwarders. Customers who use their own labels become the shipper and liability of delivery is then on the customer.
Reship does not work or partner with any other carriers except- ***********, *****, ***, and ***. Labels provided by customers would need to be handed to these drivers on daily pickup schedule unless otherwise notified to the warehouse prior. If additional carriers outside these partners are used by the customer, it is up to the customer to provide notification to the warehouse directly and provide their own pickup.

I had an item shipped to reship in the ** because I wasnt going to be home to receive it. The company would not allow me to ship it to myself in the **. I attempted phone calls and emails for over a week and the supervisor I was told would call me never called. The customer service phone and email is a scam. They have no connection to the company and their requests for help go nowhere. I then shipped the item To my reship mailbox in ****** because that was my only option and hope to get the package ultimately delivered to me in the **. Reship filled out the customs forms wrong and cost me $238 in duties that should have been $0. I again attempted to get help from customer service and got no help. The package was then delivered to Reship in ******. After 4 days the package is not showing up in my account as being there for me. Reship has now told me I dont purchase insurance and would have to file a claim with *****. However, reship accepted the package. It is shown as delivered to the proper place. This company is a scam. i had several **** parcels sent to Reship during the Canada Post strike in November/December of 2024. I waited until the strike was over and on December 18th Reship started to have **** as an option again for shipping to ******. Note that **** did not resume shipping to ****** after the Canada Post strike until January 6th, 2025. Reship mailed my parcels on December 18th and December 20th. Late January 2025. My two parcels had been circulating from ******** OR to LA to *******, to **. I receive notice on January 15 that Reship has received a shipment for me. My parcel was returned. I filed a dispute and investigation with Reship. the parcel had been returned to them by **** with no explanation but I am going to say that it is because it was stuck in their system for way to long (30 days) because Reship mailed it before they should have. They said no reason was given so they would give me a refund. The refund was $14 out of $101.00 USD. They admitted that all of the parcels they had been sending to ****** had been getting returned in the last couple of weeks, so they are suspending services to ****** until further notice. I have no way of getting my parcel back. They screwed me out of $150 cad for their ************************ I 100% believe they will try to charge me for 'storage fees' on this parcel I cant access... its going to continue to snowball. I did not make any errors with my information, Reship did by sending mail to ****** before **** was letting any mail through the border resulting in parcels circulating for too long and being returned. I waited to ship my items through them until RESHIP had **** as a shipping option. **** IS accepting mail to ****** as of January 6th. Several Months ago I bought a Jacket from ******, ******. ************* will not ship to the ***. Without checking with you first, I setup and Canadian address with Reship. In Oct,2024 they said they had the jacket and to log-on. I did but when I went to pay for the shipping, it told me that it did not recognize me legal 911, ***, address. This went on for several days of me contacting them. Then, I found the *** rating from the BBB and many hundreds of internet post on how Reship cheated them and not to give them Credit Card information. A lot of horror stories. I decided to cancel my account and I told them to keep the Jacket! Reship policy when you cancel. Now they are threating me with storage fees of $1.00 per day for the next 90 days, after I cancelled my account and told them to keep the Jacket. They did not start this until they claimed was a 7 day free storage. I would like my jacket, I ordered from *************. But not at the risk of giving them my Credit Card Information. Reship.com claims to offer a cross border reshipping service for $5 per package. But they deceive their customers in offering vastly overinflated shipping rates (50% markup in my case). Once they have your package, your only option is to pay them the shipping rates they set (which is not communicated in their service offering). This is confirmed by the fact that the only other option is to return to sender, in which case they charge $17 instead of the claimed $5 handling fee. Deceptive marketing at best, scam at worst.Business Response

Reship.com does not advertise we ship packages cross border for $5. We do have a free shipping calculator on our website that our customers can use before sending us packages so they know ahead of time the cost to ship. We also have a membership page which shows all our service fees charged that all customers can review before sending us packages.
At no time does Reship advertise a flat fee shipping rate. Handling Fees are not the same as shipping fees.
