    Absolute trash. Watch stopped working after a few months of light use. Half the touch screen doesn't respond and it skips between functions. Oh, and that 1yr warranty the website claims? You have to pay $45 for that. Do not buy unless you're looking for a way to throw away your money.

    Bought the watch, It worked fine for 6mo and just died. It also did not recognize the fall time change. Took well over a month to be delivered. Piece of c*** Do not recommend.

    Watch is poorly made, flimsy in construction and with directions that are neither clear nor complete. Refund policy makes it impossible to be used as a gift and I highly recommend that a better smart watch is purchased elsewhere.

    I ordered a watch from this company online. When checking out it offered me a second watch that was on sale. When I pushed the "No Thank You" button on the screen it added the watch to my order. I looked over the order and could not find a way to cancel or change my order, so I contacted the company via their web site. I did this with I minutes of making my order. They got back to me via email almost immediately, however the response was that they forwarded my request to cancel the second watch but could not guarantee that it would be corrected since a label was printed when the order was made. This makes no sense go me. I sent a second email requesting they correct the issue or I would stop payment on my credit card and contact the BBB. At this point they have charged me for and shipped both watches. I have disputed the charge for the second watch with my credit card and am making this negative review via BBB. I would recommend that anyone looking to buy a smartwatch stay away from ZE Technologies.
