    I received the watch and could not the *** function because the function was locked out.I reached out to their support who was unable to help **** asked for my money back and they said they were negotiating with somebody who said they would give me $5 for the $50 watch. I said I wanted all my money and they stopped responding to my emails.

    This company is a scam. I bought 1 watch and after 2 weeks it arrived- I was impressed with the watchand its functions. After two weeks the watch went blank ,no screen just white lines. They offered to replace it since it was under warranty. 2 weeks later the replacement arrived and It also stopped working. this time I had to pay $45 for 2nd waranty replacement. Unfortunately I paid it . The 3rd watch arrived about 2 weeks later and now it shuts down on its own about once a day and is difficult to restart. The only way to contact them is by whats app and although they respond ******** they keep asking for more details about how you charge it whether you get it wet , they want videos of you charging it and trying to turn it on. When I requested a refund because 3 failed watchs in less than 3 months tells me they are cheap foreign products and nowhere near as reliable as their website ads claim. And no negative reviews tells me they are scrubbing those from their website. You can fill out a form to complain to management- but never get a response. No refund was agreed on and I can get a 4th watch-(3rd warranty replacement ) for only $38. I paid $95 for 1st watch, 1st replacement was free, 2nd replacement cost$45 so NO I will not give them another ***** for a 4th watch . I can only dispute the charges to my credit card Co. andhope for a refund that way. The ad says waterfroof to 3 ATM - that's 100ft and the watch fails in the shower and then they tell me that getting it wet can cause damage you know it is a cheap product- Warranty is a joke and never a refund approved just more $ for replacement shipping and handling- DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

    Bought the new ZE-X smartwatch - it wouldn't charge. Got a replacement order and the replacement watch will not pair. This is really surprising since I'm using one of their older watches which works fine.

    I ordered the watch based upon the advertised functions. When it arrived ,I charged it and downloaded the software as directed. Nothing worked properly. I could not get the audio to work properly. I requested a return and a refund of my purchase price. The return policy is a scam. If charged you cannot return it. You cannot determine the failure of the watch unless you charge it.I have responded to their "bot". I have called their office in ********. When the phone is answered and I asked for ZE Technology rep they went silent. I called 4 times and each call got the same response. I called their alternative number and got a constant busy signal.I bought a watch with a 30 day window to return it. That 30 day window was invalidated by the "return" policy if the watch was charged.I believe this is a scam that needs to be investigated by the Consumer Protection divisions of the ** in every state that ad appears. The office is listed in ****** and should start there

    Fraud. They say warranty, but if you open the box the warranty is invalid. Product does not work, and is virtually useless. Will not show functions by turning the wrist. Bluetooth does not work properly. If you've read this far, I hope I saved you the $75.00 I wasted for nothing more than my personal contribution to the local landfill.

    Contacting ZE Tech customer service is futile. After sending three emails on three separate issues without a reply, I finally threatened to contact BBB. Their response was they didnt receive my previous messages (this in spite of automated acknowledgements for each).

    I ordered and received one. It does not work. It will not stay connected via Bluetooth with my new Galaxy S23+. Constant MG02_Audio error. The *** function does not work at all. Three attempts to connect with the company have failed including through their own defect form. No response at all.

    They have great watches so I just upgraded to their new model and 3 weeks later the tracking said it was delivered and the only thing in the mailbox was an empty package and this company doesnt want to do anything about it and said I need to deal with the post office. I didnt but these watches from the post office I bought them from ZE and they should make sure the customer gets what they order and pay for. Extremely poor customer service

    I purchased one of their watches a few months ago in order to get access to one function and that was the blood pressure monitor. When I got the watch the ** monitor did not work correctly. There was no direction to return the watch and no phone number to call at that time. I ended up having to keep a product that does not work properly. So, they falsely advertised this product and they have virtually no customer service. I will not recommend them to anyone and absolutely will not purchase from them again. *********************

    Watch worked for 6 months. It now lights up if in dark room, like sleeping. Move my arm lights up room.Ze technology said the 30 day warranty was over and theyd replace it for $45.00 dollars, arent they nice.Had I known it was a 6 month watch I wont have wasted $99.00 dollars.Save your money.
