    I purchased a smart watch from ZE technology, and the heart rate monitor does not work properly, if at all, and they will not stand behind it

    Purchased Active X watch back in January 2024. Rec'd the watch on January 11th or 12th. Immediately found issues with the operations of the way h. Contacted ZE Technology with photos and videos showing issues. Filled out refund/return form on line. Received an RMA# T53LSM4D. I have continued to reached out to them multiple times to find directions to send watch back. I got a couple of responses stating their return group was reviewing it. Over last 6 weeks I have received no responses or communication from them at all.

    I purchased a smartwatch from ZE Technology. Within the last 1.5 months the watch would self disconnect at random from my iPhone 13 Mini. Then I couldnt reconnect w/o several attempts. Then, it would just do it again after a couple of hours. Now, it is failing to keep the correct ************ is no way to correct this. Im not talking about a few minutes off, but hours. I contacted ZE Technology & requested a replacement, as the watch is still under warranty. Their response waspay them $45.00 & they will issue a replacement watch. Then, what is the warranty for? And why am I being asked to pay $45.00 to replace a defective product?

    I placed my order on 2/21/23 Order#*****. I emailed them so I could return the watch for a full refund-I received an RMA#DY9SA450, and returned it to them. They received it on 3/15/23. There is aa 45 day return policy. I have reached out more than 8 times asking where my refund is. The company will not respond to any of my inquiries. I demand a full refund for this order to my original payment method. The watch was returned-never used or worn, brand new still in box. I am attaching an email to this. I have a tracking# from *** ***********************. I think they have bots monitoring their email because I get the same message over and over to fill out the return form. How many times should I keep doing that? 100? I don't understand how this company operates! Never again will I purchase from them.

    Total Paid: $187.93 ORDER #***** Originally placed Dec 15. Website added a second incredibly expensive item to cart I did not want. When contacting seller, they said it was too late as the item would already be shipped. Item did not ship until I filed a complaint with my bank. I was told I could return item for restocking fee. I mailed back items unopened and they were marked as delivered back to seller on the 5th of February. No refund. I requested an update and restocking fee waiver. They said maybe. No updates. I write in again and am told I have to fill out a refund request form now that the item was returned. I have sent 4 emails and have not heard back since on when I will actually be receiving a refund for the item. I only get vague responses. I had to pay return shipping fee myself.

    I ordered a watch on December 6 2022 and paid ***** for it. I received a tracking number and as January 18th have not the watch. I have sent email several times, filed several dispute forms. When I track it I get In transit. I havent heard anything from them

    Ordered watch on November 2nd of 2022, its now January 5th 2023 and have not received the watch. I have emailed the company several times with no reply. This was total theft of almost ****** buyer beware.

    I placed an order for a ZE Technology Active smartwatch on the 6th of December 2022. I received a tracking # and I followed up. Suddenly, the website tracking system went down and has been so for the last 2 days. I've attempted to contact ZE Technology via their posted contact information and have not been able to reach anyone or anything.

    I ordered this product over three weeks ago, never received it. i reached out to them and got a bogus response on rhe **** tracking site they sent me. I find out now on the internet that this is a scam and Im basically out if my money. Please make people aware of this scam.

    I purchased a watch from them and they were quick to take the money from my account but when I try to track the package it says it's still in ****** **. I try to contact their customer service and they tell me that the **** is having tracking issues. My delivery date was October 30th to November 8th and as of November 18th I still haven't received it. I try to contact the company and they only respond with generated messages. I want my money back is what I told them and I don't get a response. It feels like I had 100$ stolen from my account.
