      The $15.00 express delivery is a scam. I ordered the shoes on the 9th and was to receive them on the 11th. THEY HAVE NOT EVEN BEEN PACKAGED YET. **************** lied to me would not let me speak to a supervisor and told me the warehouse did NOT have a phone ????? And saying I CAN NOT cancel my order and that they don't know when my shoes will be here. Do NOT ORDER FROM THEM AND PAY SHIPPING !!!

      Placed an order on Friday, Dec. 15th for a Christmas gift. Noticed that it not been shipped yet on Dec. 19th, so I reached out to **************** who told me the warehouse was running behind and the order would not ship out until Dec. 26th. I then requested a refund since I wouldnt receive them in time for Christmas, to which they said they could not do until it ships out. I told the customer service rep that theres no point in canceling the order if I have to wait either way. The very next day, the order proceeds to ship out from CA to ** (I reside in VA) so it was very possible for me to have received the order in time for Christmas, but On Running decides to cancel my order and return to shipper!! And of course, no **************** Reps were available to chat with me on the website on Dec. 22nd.

      Even though ON running products are great, their business practice is horrible. I ordered a pair of shoes and retunred them with the return lable that ON provided. ON received the merchandise back and never processed a refund to me. I disputed with my credit card company and they did their investigation. During the disuputre processed, ON was dishonest about receiving the merchadise and refused to process the refund. They said the merchandise was shipped to me and lied about getting it beack thru the return process. I had to provide the tracking number from ***** return lable that ON sent to me to my credit card company to prove that the item was sucessfully returned. ON is dishonest and cheated on customers, which is against business practive and I would like to share my experience so that everyone is aware.

      Worst **************** ever. I was charged twice for sneakers I bought and still have not received the Sneakers or any information regarding the order. I called customer service over 10 times with no help.

      Had multiple fraudulent charges on my credit card. Called the bank to cancel the card but also called ON *** to flag the charges. They took down my name and number and said their team would contact me. After not hearing from them after a couple days I called again only to be told a team member would call me back. I have not heard from this company after my calls which were placed weeks ago.

      Im deeply dissatisfied with the service provided by this company. My two months ago order status claims it was delivered, yet I have not received my package. The service has been excruciatingly slow, and the lack of resolution or assistance from their customer support is unacceptable. I strongly advise against ordering from this company given the unreliable delivery and poor customer service experience.

      Had shoe for less than one month and would squeak when wet outside. But only one of the them would. Now it squeaks every time, even when dry. Horrible customer service. To expensive to ever have to deal with this. Horrible shoe and horrible customer service

      I am adding to the agreement with all these other reviews, this company has absolutely the worst customer service its almost a scam worthy. My $200 shoes were purchased over two weeks ago and still have not received them or been given an update. Upon trying to find out what is with the delay, they just have an automated response by their customer service which is just a bot that says the same thing every time. Ive never experienced such bad delays and customer experience with a company thats supposedly popular for their shoes. These were supposed to be for my marathon training and now its hindered it drastically. I highly doubt Ill be seeing these shoes anytime soon causing me to purchase from a different brand. Just go with **** or ****** they seem to have their business more organized and customers satisfied.

      I have spent 2 weeks trying to get the $200 pair of shoes I ordered to no avail. I have spoken to four customer service reps (who are working from their homes all over who knows where) and still no help. What I know is that they put the return label on my shoes versus my address so it never was picked up. This package is 2 hours from my door and even though they recognize the problem, they have yet to provide any helpful information other than we messed up and you wont get a tracking ID because they messed up it but just keep waiting. I was just told that the warehouse hasnt had time to package my replacement order (that never shipped) although they upgraded it to priority twice. In three days (after waiting over a week and a half), they couldnt manage to put a shoe box, in another box and slap a label on it? Complete incompetence. For an online retailer, how will you survive if you cannot manage your supply chain. And if you think that giving upset customers discount codes is a great idea, how about giving them a real reason to buy your product again, like getting it shipped timely and have customer service people that can actually provide it.

      Worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. My sneakers have been on order for weeks with no update. I cant get through to a customer service rep and the only response Ive received is from their bot though I have tried and tried to get in touch with a human. They have charged my credit card but there is no indication I will be receiving the sneakers. Id give them 0 stars if I could.
