The shirts I ordered are very tight. They refunded 60% of the product and told me to return the products to ***** and pay about $30 for the shipping costs in order to get the full refund. They have an office in ******** OR. I can return the products there. These guys should not be selling in ***, if you have to pay shipping costs to ***** for returns. I ordered a suit on April 23, 2025, for my mothers Mothers Day gift and to also to wear for an upcoming wedding . The delivery date was supposed to be May 6, 2025. Received the **** informed delivery to be delivered 5/14/2025 but received 5/17/2025. My mother wears a size 10 and I ordered a size 12. She tried it on and couldnt zip and couldnt button the jacket. I contacted Light in the box for a full refund and they only want to give 30% refund and want pictures of her trying on the dress which is absurd! The dress was $139.99 and Grand Total was $180.26. They said that the material was cut especially for my mom, which is totally BOGUS! I want full refund!Business Response

I purchased two dresses from this company. It was unclear that you could not return them at all. The quality is terrible. The fit is terrible. The materials terrible I didnt wear them. I ordered 2 dresses and would like to keep one and send one back. There is no way to send this item back. The phone number does not work, I have tried to open an account, download the app and call without success (per the instructions). They did respond to your request in your BBB email, however they stated that they were going to reach out to me via email and they have not. I purchased $706.30 of led light bulbs from Lightinthebox on 03/19/2025 and paid with my company credit card. Order #**************** was to be delivered by 04/08/2025. I received a text on my personal cell phone form someone claiming to be the ****, ****************************, stating that my package was undeliverable with a link to make sure my address was correct. I did this and later received another text requiring that I pay 29 cents by credit card to have my package delivered. I contacted the **** by telephone and was advised from the tracking number that I supplied the delivery service was ******. I contacted UniUni by telephone #************ and was sent an email with a picture of the front of my hotel asking if this was the correct address, I emailed back yes, with delivery instructions. I checked with ****** a few days later and was advised that my package was undeliverable. My complaint is against ****** whom I believe is running a scam out of ******. I did a little research and found that they have many similar complaints against them. They may be working with Lightinthebox I do not know. However, I do want my money refunded from Lightinthebox. Ordered picture downlights from Light in the Box on 3/13/2025 and was charged $80.58 to my Chase **** card through ******. Received notification item was shipped on 3/16/2025. Since 3/19/2025, shipping status has not changed. I have since asked for a refund and cancel the order and LITB will do neither. I placed an order with LightInTheBox for multiple items. Three of the packages were marked as delivered but were never delivered to my unit. The delivery photos provided by the couriers show the items were dropped off at the wrong locations. My correct address, as listed on the order, is *****************************************************I contacted LightInTheBox multiple times, provided photo evidence of my actual doorway, confirmed my address, and even shared correspondence from my apartment complex confirming the packages were not received. Despite this, LightInTheBox has refused to issue a refund or reship the missing items, instead shifting blame to the third-party delivery vendors they chose.I have followed every step they requested, including contacting the carriers directly and providing detailed documentation. This issue has still not been resolved. I am seeking a full refund for the three missing packages.Business Response

I order hoodies with bible verses customized on them. The final outcome was completely unreadable as the hoodie was completely misaligned so that the words are broken up and some are sewn not even visible at all. After arguing with light in the box about different resolutions that would fix the issue, they would not refund. I left a negative review for the store and it was deleted which means that other customers will be fooled like I was by the stores 4.9 stars rating.Business Response
