      I bought a cell phone from this company a iPhone 14 pro. Not only did the phone not come there company did not know where it was. They constantly lied to me and told me to wait it was coming. After 10 business day and me still not receiving the phone. The employees were rude and not helpful. Instead of offering another device they told me they were canceling my order and returning my money. They did not offer a new device like they said. Im still waiting on my refund and an apology for assuming they would be a helpful company. My overall experience was very off putting. I feel like they do not care about the the consumer they state in there name

      I ordered a phone online and it arrived earlier than estimated by two days. The instructions for setting up and activating the phone were simple and easy to follow. I am completely satisfied with the customer service of ********************** to date.

      My experience with consumer cellular. I took my phone asked if they can connect. The guy said yes. I had to buy a Sim card. Phone could never be connected. I was charged SIM card $6.63 and $25.61. Never had a working phone to make phone calls or receive phone calls. I wanted credit on at least the $25.61. Consumer Cellular would not credit.BEWARE.

      I bought a smartphone from consumer Cellular in April of 2022 In June of 2023 it started smoking when I try to charge it. They said it's out of warranty so they can't refund my money and I still owe $40 on it and they say I have to pay that. Terrible cell phone terrible service.

      My wife and I have been with Consumer Cellular for two years now. Our rates are lower than any competitor and over the course of 30 years, we've tried almost every one of them.The customer service is outstanding. We're one text or phone call away from getting answers.Overall, we're happy.

      cc. ***** .I got a iphone 13 with a ton of bugs and it does not work right. I have **mplaint about 12+ time about no single and nothing gets done. I have **mplaint about 10 times about the phone and nothing get does. so run away from this **

      Disgraceful customer service **** the incompetent supervisor should be ashamed of himself. I have a phone for my senior step dad and he sadly Was placed in a nursing home back in March 2023, has not been home since. I called and explained this, they said no problem we will credit back the phone payment since no usage since March, but call us back when you have the cell phone in hand we will document the account. Well **** today who should be ashamed of himself told me they will only give me a $10 credit because he has no documentation of me calling. So since his employee did not do her job properly I am being charged for 3 months service. He snickered and thought it was a joke, said its not his problem, but I wont be charged going forward. But the balance will remain on the account. This company is a joke and what they do to people is shameful. I will never use them ever again and I suggest you dont as well. They are disrespectful and for a supervisor to laugh and snicker was the final straw. I did not even want the money back for the month that I paid that had no usage. All I wanted was for them to wipe clean the last three months since the phone was not being used and he offered a $10 credit they take advantage of the older generation, and they really should re-evaluate their employees and their customer service skills. I will never recommend this company to anybody they can offer me the service for free and I still would not take it. They should be ashamed of themselves. This company is nothing but a joke. If I could leave a negative star rating, I would.

      I've been trying to switch from consumer cellular to another company as their service is not good in my area and they won't release my phone number to transfer it... that I transferred to them to begin with. When I signed up for the service they quoted me a cheaper price than I had with my previous company and it ended up being higher and worse service!!! Don't use this company!

      On 4/4/2023 i purchased a phone ($469.73) and got a plan with consumer cellular paid in full up front with credit card there was no contracts the agent reassured me and said call was recorded. the phone was a second phone because of health reasons. on 6/21/2023 i wanted to consolidate and move to another provider so i received a sim card from the new provider installed it in my phone that i purchased from consumer cellular but it would not work the phone was locked so i called consumer cellular ask them to unlock my phone which i own 100% paid in full and have no contract the person i talked to said no contract but our policy is i have to stay with them for 6 months (false advertising bait & switch) before they would unlock my phone (never was explained to me) from that point i talk to several supervisor's with no results so i now have a phone i can't use. i need some help please!

      consumer cellular phone company should be a shamed taking advantage of the elderly people on fixed income's and god forbid if something happens to me and i can't use my phone to call for help that i own out right (which is locked now) huge law suits..consumer cellular lie to there customers.

      This company stinks. My mom has been a customer 13+yrs. Every phone breaks in the same area after having it a short time.. my mom has a total of 9 broken phones...she recently had a phone replacement phone sent to her on 6/15...the phone does not work properly...she has to keep removing the battery and put it back in. My mom is in her 70's and not in the best of health. This phone is her only phone .. 7days now she has complained to consumer cellular..they told her to call asurion and they tell her to call consumer cellular. She even went to target twice spent a total of 4 hrs there and still got no where...now she has a phone that doesn't work right and a warranty she paid for and can't use because no one will help...and they are nasty to her and completely uncaring.. they were also rude to the target manager in charge of that section...so phone is 8 days old and completely useless . It is unfair for her to have to buy another phone and warranty when they refuse to send her a replacement...they claim the phone she has is the replacement and she is trying to make them understand that it doesn't work

      I wrote this letter so that someone or something can be done to rectify my moms current situation with this company...and for all the other ppl out there that aren't treated properly..
