3 starsDelivery was fine. Activation not so fine. Activation online failed midway through and I could not redo it because the link disappeared. I decided to call customer service but no one answered at either the activation phone number nor the regular phone number despite numerous calls on 2 different phones. I went to online chat, which was tedious with email code requests, etc. and produced no results, though the supervisor who responded was great. After too much time he advised me to try your phone line in 2 to 3 hours, so I'm waiting.Consumer Cellular

1 starPoor customer service. Penalize for not using paperless billing. Numerous drop calls. Bills vary monthly regardless of usage. I went to a prepaid service, so I know how much I am being billed. Even with my AARP discount, it still costs more than some other providers that provide better plans. Would not recommend this company.Consumer Cellular

As such, we recently implemented some changes to match current industry standards, including a $5.00 fee for our customers who prefer a paper invoice and processing payments on their own. Eliminating paper invoices and payments is just one of the ways in which we are committed to helping the environment.
