      Arrived earlier than expected. Happy with that. Setting up phone didn't go as smoothly or completely as should have. Smart Switch didn't work after multiple tries, so my *************** did not get transferred from old phone. Also expected phone screen to be more non glare & not so shiny. I will work around the issues, & Consumer Cellular's service remains the best for me.

      Since day one I have always received exceptional service. My new phone arrived in a timely manner and the set up was fairly easy. I had to call to complete set up, but the problem was resolved quickly. I have nothing bad to say. So far so good with everything. I love my new phone and was extremely pleased with the cost.

      You would think that Consumer Cellular, a company, that seemed to be geared on servicing an mature older demographic. based on the products and services they offer. The marketing, and sales department it the job done, with all the Ads they pump on the TV. You would think they would have an outstanding service record! Especially when it comes to handling problems or concerns about of their consumers. But I'm here to tell you Consumer Cellular is second to the worst company I've had to deal with in my life! Second to the ***! Read that again! Within the couple of years I signed on with this company. I had about 10 or so issues with them. And out of that 10, I felt only one got an resolve I was some happy with. "Consumer Cellular **************** ***** are the "Worst" hands down! As a matter of fact all of those conversations ending in those **** getting confrontational with me! I'm a person that's "big" when it comes to customer service. Take my word on this, it's not there at Consumer Cellular! There's a serious problem with their **** or lack of training! Every time I see their commercial on TV I get sick to my stomach! The last issue I had with them, I literally could write a mini book on it! This company don't even deserve the one star I gave them!

      By no stretch of an aging octogenarian's immagination is this phone service beneficial to the senior population. Prior to this review posing, I had 3phone lines: a main-land line; a cellular and Consume Cellular's Grandpad line. (1) Due to continous aggravation related to erroneous SIM card network surcharges and an inability to restore Grandpad usage via customer service tech, I cancelled that line. Haughtiness is not a postive attribute when disseminating infomation to the mindset of "greates generation". Also I consider it extremely disingenous for techinical sevice ***** to suggest: 'get someone younger to help you'. How does that translate to being senior friendly customer experience? (2) Most importantly, I do not have access to account payment statement. Billing is not transparent. I've been repeatedly blocked out of my account. Make me understand how billing has no trouble knowing account profile info when deducting autopay but yet account login can not find info allowing me to view your deductions. Tech after tech solutions have lacked competency and consistancy. Back in the day these kind of actions were considered those of 'grifters' and that is not what I thought your company to be when I signed up and joined many years ago. However, too many recent tech snafus have occurred in connection with billing transparency to not signal red flags!!! Please advise me (as of 08/27/24): What immediate actions related to this matter is Consumer Cellular prepared to utilize to earnestly alleviate my concerns?

      I had a great experience with Consumer Cellular. When I developed a problem with my old phone **** L was very helpful and very nice . When I found out that I would need a new phone I received it quickly and have no complaints or problems. I would have no problems it encouraging anyone to use Condumer Cellular when the needed a new phone or new phone service.

      So I called first time for setup assistance and the lady apparently was eating her lunch during our call - the entire call, the noise was sickening. She basically told us we would need to do a manual transfer of all my data. ************************************************************************************ activated on new phone either. So then I need my phone since she deactivated my old phone and we had to call again. We got a a very knowledgeable guy who not only got me activated on new phone, but also showed me how to transfer all my data in 5 minute. Frankly put, the lady is not an asset to your company - she failed me and you. The gentleman on the other hand was amazing, an attribute to your organization. And nobody offered me the three months free service for activating a new phone? Why not - we were supposed to just call and get it. Consumer are you getting too big??
