Radaris is refusing to remove mine and my family member's private information from their website. By refusing to remove our personal information, Radaris exposes us to potential cyber threats and real-world security risks. This information can be exploited by malicious individuals for various purposes, including identity theft, harassment, or fraud. I have asked them multiple times in emails and left them voicemails to remove our information. They never ever answer their phones. They have responded by saying that they will remove the information of each individual who makes a separate account to remove their information or puts in a removal requests. Creating an account would entail sharing even more of our personal information with them. They want to force us to give them more of our information. My family has authorized me to ask on their behalf. Radaris is making things difficult on purpose. Their removal process is unreasonable and is designed to deter individuals from exercising their rights to privacy. Radaris' actions are in violation of privacy laws that govern the removal of personal information from online platforms. They told me that they removed my information, however, it is obvious that my name is linked to each of my family members, and by not removing their information as well, they have taken no meaningful action to address mine and my family's privacy concerns. I want the removal of mine and my family member's information from their website, and for Radaris to cease uploading it in the future. Radaris also controls both rehold.com and homemetry.com, and neither of these sites will remove my family member's information. I just found out because I emailed both of them, and it was Radaris that responded to my emails for both. Here are all of their email addresses: customer-****************** customer-********************************** ***************************** ********************* ******************Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
Radaris is lying without any shame. First, they are not sorry, because since September 12, 2023, I have been battling with them to get my familys information removed from Radaris.com, and they have continued to give me a very hard time. To be fair, they have removed some of our information from their main site, but that was because I had to play by their rules, and even then, it has been a struggle. I had to put in countless emails, with different email addresses, and fill out many opt-out requests for them to comply. Every time I would put in a request for a family member, they would send me a response stating that the individual family member must initiate the removal requests on their own, and that they would not let me put in the request on their behalf, which created additional hurdles for me.
Radaris also controls 2 other websites that have stolen my family's information, Rehold.com and Homemetry.com. On these 2 websites, they have my family member's full names and home addresses, and Radaris has refused all requests to remove this information. Keep in mind that all of this information has been put up without our consent or knowledge. Radaris has collected and posted my family's personal information on these different websites, and we never authorized or were even aware that any such data sharing was taking place. Worse than that, they've written me emails claiming that they have removed the information, as I requested, but this is not true. I received identical emails from customer-****************** and customer-********************* on Sep 22, 2023 at 8:22 a.m. I received both emails at the exact same time and they both that stated the exact same thing:
"Your control information request has been approved by the administrator.
Please note! In order to see the changes, you may need to refresh your browser while on the correct page. Please press, Ctrl+F5 (on a **** press Command+R) to completely refresh your browser's page view."
The information is still up there, and I replied to their emails and received no response. They have several email addresses, and I have sent requests to all of them, but they continue to ignore me:

Radaris aka Rehold aka Homemetry is lying without any shame. On both Rehold and Homemetry, there are identical opt-out request pages, and I have put in multiple requests and sent countless back and forth emails to these 2 websites, and they continue to refuse to remove the information. Also, I am unable to put in further opt-out requests, as these opt-out requests require an email address, and they don't take Gmail addresses. I have to use Yahoo, and I can't make more than one Yahoo email account, and I am limited to 5 opt-out requests total per email address. I used up those opt-out requests weeks ago.I'm trying to play by their rules, because they don't care about the emails that I send them, which contain the links and screenshots of the information that I want removed, but I can't send any more opt-out requests on their websites. As I mentioned in my initial complaint, these 3 websites have different phone numbers, none of which work.
Radariss phone number is: **************. Calling this number prompts you to leave a voicemail which is never answered.
Homemetry and Rehold have the same phone number: *************. This number just flat out doesnt work at all.
This company has made the process of information removal from their websites very difficult, and does not want to comply with my requests, nor with their own privacy policy. Leaving my family's information exposed on their websites makes us vulnerable to cyber harassment and doxing attacks. This company has made it very difficult for me and my family to protect our privacy and they have lied to me many times. I have included screenshots of the emails that Rehold and Homemetry sent me where they lied and claimed that they have removed our information, as well as screenshots of the information that is still up there.
Sincerely,
