The animosity began before this when I was hung up on for asking a simple question about the bill. I drove a long way to patronize your business. I requested a manager to speak to me regarding the rude customer service. A month later and still no response. The fog lamps are irrelevant at this point.Review fromRoss S

1 starLeifs auto collision centers are a joke. Do not be fooled by there commercials. They advertise factory parts prelims condition. They say they can get you right in and they do a better job than any *************** with loaner cars and deductible assistance. Everything they say is absolutely wrong. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen anywhere! *********************** handled my claim an I have never dealt with someone that is so unprofessional in my life. They had my brand new ****** Tacoma for3 months during that time I couldn't get hardly any information about what was going on with it.when I picked it up it had a huge gap on one side of the tailgate and the body line of the side of the bed did not match the ine on the tailgate or the tail light bucket. When brought it up *** said it's factory. It's not factory according to ****** they laughed. It was not back to preloss condition. I called to talk to a gm or manager the receptionist told me they had none on site they would put in a request for one to get back to me I 24 to 48 hours +no one called but I had I rude email from ************************* asking me when I wanted to bring back the truck so they can look at it. I asked him if there would be a manager there as well. He stated someone would be there to inform me what factory conditions is I told him good maybe he can get educated. When I brought it back *** and a nother gentleman came out *** kept his mouth shut and talking with the other gentleman he agree. They told me that it would be about three weeks and never heard from them again after repeated calls and emails. I do not know how a company can stay in business this way or why the *************** does not revoke their business license. The gap between the tail gate and bedside was different side to side. We tried to show you a brand new Tacoma next to yours to compare but you refused. We put you on a loaner list to get you back it to adjust the 3 mm gap to your liking. As we told you, as soon as a loaner becomes available we will schedule you in. for 32 years, Leifs, the nations largest independent shop, has been the only shop in the ** to fight for your right to factory parts and pre-loss repairs. 1 starThey pitch a good game on the radio and tv, but their service and professionalism leaves much to be desired. Got the truck in and they did get it repaired while handling most of the back and forth with the insurance company. The paint job was outstanding. HoweverWhen I picked up the truck the account rep was drunk, reeking of alcohol and there was no walk around/review of the repairs. Just here you go, heres your truck. They also did not replace s**** property and left the door stop arm loose. When I called to have them to ask them to look at some of the discrepancies and that I did not want yo deal with my original account representative, the told me *********** himself would call. Three weeks, no call. So I called them back. This time the girl was obviously put out that I called and requested **************** as promised. Its been another month and a half, and still no call. The only thing they stand behind is their polished line of BS they push over the media. I fixed their foibles on my own, but I shouldnt of had to. Leifs Autobody is unprofessional at best. 1 starI can see why this company is not BBB rated or accredited. Our experience like so many mentioned was horrible. This was our first and last experience with this business. Their marketing is false and they don't stand behind anything they say. They claim to fight for you with the insurance company to get your car fixed but they don't. They tried to overcharge by over $3000 for repairs which held up everything and our car was in their shop for weeks. We tried to take it away and go to another repair shop and that's when they advised ******* $100 per day storage fee if we don't get our car repaired there. They held us and our car hostage while they tried to get way to much money for the estimate and wanted us to pay out of pocket! We don't understand why their advertising isn't considered fraudulent but the police would not follow up on our claims. First, after Kemper refused to pay for market rates, procedures, parts and materials, Allstate was stepped in and paid for everything less 46.00. Leif’s has been in business for over 32 years, serviced well over 100k consumers and is the largest independent body shop in the USA. Recklessly throwing around completely false and actionable terms like fraudulent and over charging is abhorrent. Leif’s is the only shop that actually stands up to the insurance bullies like Kemper and transparently keeps our customers informed of the tricks they play. Obviously, quality and safety have a price. Other shops will hide the deficiencies to keep the insurance company happy and perform poor and often unsafe repairs.Review fromTanara A.

1 starI see here that there is likely no need for another horrible review.. Everyone who goes there has been terribly mistreated and tortured. I consider myself a fairly intelligent person, but I was incredibly foolish to believe anything in the ads they run. They spend all of their money on these ads. It is clear now that their M.O. is tacking on countless additional fees and making wildly inflated estimates on the work needed, causing lots of back & forth with insurance and an incredible delay in ever getting your car back. They assign you only one person to talk to. For me her name was ***, and she was terribly rude, condescending, and and vague about what I was to do next given the problems they had caused. I could never reach her by phone. I was able to reach one other customer service guy by phone on 2 occasions, and he was extremely rude and insulting, telling me I did not know anything. I could go on and on and on about this company, but do not go here!!!!!!!!!
