    Paid several times over to try and retrieve the money I was told I accumulated on this site

    I received an email regarding collection of bonus that needs withdrawal within 8 hours. I followed procedure and paid for fees and commission which accumulated to about $180. No funds was transferred to my bank. I would like a refund. Hope someone can help.

    I invested a small amount in Bitcoin and I haven't done anything in over a year now they owe me $39,000 Plus and I'm trying to get my money out and they keep giving me the run around and won't let me get my money out or even turn it into Cash they keep giving me a hard time I have every email they've ever sent me and I've been doing everything they ask give me my account number routing number everything and I have nothing and they keep asking for the same thing over and over they do not respond to my emails and they also do not have a phone number I can speak to a person to ask how I can get my money I've even contacted them I've contacted binance and there's no answer there's nothing at all I want my money

    I received an email from the company Bitcoin Bonus stating I needed to cash out my account or I was going to loose the funds in my account.
    When I went to withdraw the funds of $35935.37 I was informed that there would be a conversion from Bitcoin to USD and that the funds were on the Binance exchange who charges .25% exchange rate (fee) which totalled $64.00. This fee is to be paid upfront and there isn't an option or a customer service option and the only contact info is the address at the bottom of the page.
    There is a payment manager when you 1st go into the site but they as a couple question I e. Account you want funded, name, address etc but you are not given a chance to ask them anything..

    With everyone running scams on everything I'm not going to payout $64 when they can easily deduct the funds and send remaining balance especially if there's no contact info for the company in the first place or a way to ask questions.

    Then upon reading the reviews on this site I'm glad I didn't pay out but they do have my card number to deposit funds into and that worries me.

    My complaint is as the rest I was told I had bitcoin mined and I needed to withdraw in 24 hrs but when I tried there was complications that wouldn't allow me to withdraw but the money is gone and I still can't get the exchange SCAM I know it looked like a scam but my greed made me look past that.

    This company keeps telling me I have money to claim. They send out different emails everyday. Even gave a receipt claiming to send my money to card. I emailed several times asking questions and what card? No response except their daily bogus emails. They should have to pay all these people their “so called money” if they are sending out receipts

    It about the same place in ****** **** ****** that sent me an email for the 3 Rd time in 4 years saying I had my ney coming from Bitcoin mining with them however I have never sent the 64.00 I have spent hours days trying to figure out if they are for real land they clearly state that I have 1.25 Bitcoin and that they are on binance exchange.     On 08/29/23 this company sent me an email reminding me that I had not checked my mining account in almost a year and urged me to do so or lose mining payout and or priveledges within 24 hours. After putting in my credentials it registered my account balance with a payout of $37477.40. They gave me option of how I wanted my money deposited but told me it would have to be done in 2 seperate deposits due to size. I started to send the BTC payments to them until I was sent a request for something to do with non-taxable gifts and got wise to the fact that something was wrong since this was my money.

    I was sent an email from the Bitcoin bonus company stating that I had money from bitcoin mining from a year ago and that in order for me to receive this money i had to pay 64.00 for them to release it to my account. I paid the 64$ twice thinking that I had made a mistake while sending them the money the first time, because I didn't receive any confirmation number or even an emailed receipt of any kind. It was just gone from my credit card. So thinking that I had screwed up on something i sent the 64.00 AGAIN. And just like before no confrontation number, no receipt, and no money or bitcoin showed up in my account .And ive gotten no response from anyone when Ive tried to call the company or get in touch with them
