    Pattern of Complaint:

Better Business Bureau has recently identified a pattern of consumer complaints against Bitcoin Bonus concerning collections and customer service issues. Consumers allege receiving emails regarding an accumulated Bitcoin balance that they need to withdraw. Consumers claim that in order to receive the balance, they are required to pay transaction fees. After paying the fees and receiving confirmation, Bitcoin Bonus fails to deliver any Bitcoin transfer and stops responding. Consumers also allege that the website has no additional contact information and that the advertised business address is a home in a residential neighborhood.

On January 5, 2023, BBB notified Bitcoin Bonus regarding their consumer complaints. To this date, Bitcoin Bonus has not responded to BBB’s requests. All letters sent through post mail have been returned to the sender.

I purchased bitcoin through another platform. Somehow, they can see who has bitcoin purchases. After going through the emails and forms sent. Apon completion of the purchase they delete your account, and the process starts over again. they're taking our bitcoin purchases and having us transfer everything over to them with a click of the button. they are stealing our bitcoin and sending it to another site as a purchase in there bitcoin wallet. 1. how do they link there accounts to our cash app bitcoin accounts. 2. how are they seeing our bitcoin purchases. 3. how are bitcoin wallets linked and no one has to enter any information. it automatically links to our bitcoin wallets on any platform.

Ect ) but I paid 64.00 first after 9-11 months of daily contacts, they said it was a transfer fee and I would receive my BTC immediately after payment, then after a week or two no transfer , they asked for another 58
