      It has been a nightmare, my partner and I had a total of 5 vehicle transaction and nobody seems to know nothing when asked as if they have never done this before. Their communication is ZERO, don't tell you when the car is being dropped off even though there should have been travel coordinator, no info on the warranty (had to beg for that), they overnight paperwork but not a check (its been sent out 3 times from my account now), wrote my temp tags for 3 weeks and now its expiring and I'm being told to just put my plates on and they'll reimburse me but still waiting on a check from 2 weeks ago. Worst experience ever, WHEN IS SAY THEY ACT AS IF THEY'VE NEVER DONE ANY OF THIS BEFORE, YOU'LL SEE IT AT EVERYWHERE.

      I don't even have to reiterate. Literally everything in these comments, im going through, except for when i dropped off my car to pick the new one, they didn't pay me on the spot, and it wasn't a trade it and i gave them the title and they are already wholesaling it. People, just go to a dealership, the cars on the site are from dealerships anyways. Listen to the reviews! Don't do it. I wouldn't be surprised if a class action lawsuit was filed against them.

      Got a quote from Driveway in 10/22 while prices were going down. The offer was locked in and i provided all the paperwork required to get the deal approved. Because i bought he car off lease and was selling it to Driveway (they come to pick it up) i never registered the vehicle. Problem #1. So i registered the car. Got the link to upload pictures and Driveway contacted me to say the sale was approved and to set up an appointment. 5 minutes later someone from the documentation department said because the vehicle title in my name (after buying the car off lease) was less than 60 days they couldn't buy the car. Problem #2.They said i could reinstate my request after that. Now why would i wait 60 days? Personally, i think the value went down and they wanted to get out of the deal.SELLER BE WEARY, they will keep coming up with excuses not to honor their offer.

      Purchased a vehicle from driveway. It has been 2 months and still no tag. They keep giving me the runaround and now saying I need to resign paper and get them notarized. If they knew it was a problem why did they deliver me the vehicle and take my money. Do not buy from these crooks
