      They have terrible service. For the last two months I tried to buy car from them and put $1000 total to jold the vehicle for me. The sales was canceled and they are refusing to refund my deposit back. Im disputing the charges with my credit card company. Hopefully I can get my money back with the dispute. Dont buy car from this company, theyre crocks.

      Im not going to bother trying anymore Please, lets all start a class action lawsuit as soon as possible !!! Paying extra interest, insurance and payments for a car purchased in June of 2022 that I can barely drive (store 5 miles round trip) Why you may ask ??? I have no plates, registration or temporary tag yet !!! Going on 7 months !!! Ive been pulled over 3 times and warned by the police here, even just using it as sparingly as I doI dont chance driving the car more than I absolutely need toI see they have offered some refunds for fines and DMV fees but, do you think they will help us with the insurance premium increase for the ticket that will be on our record ??? Not to mention, it seems that most of the complaints here include problems with receiving refunds Hey Driveway, how about YOU calling ME and straightening this out instead of just posting some cheesy response with no energy given towards a proper resolution !!! Please use a number that will show your company name on my caller ID or, leave a message so I will know its Driveway I get enough unknown calls that I really dont answer them anymore I understand if you dont want to be obvious about association with the company you work forI really dont want any association with Driveway after this either My next phone call will be to a lawyer, NOT DRIVEWAY !!! So, You at Driveway want to fix this ??? Then Prove it buy calling me, sending me a full temporary, Or, the $800 dollars I paid for licensing and fees !!! Sure wish I would have bought the car I had my eye on at Carvana !!!Date of experience: June 15, 2022

      I talk yo ******* at Driveway about my tag I sent in a cashier check paid my vehicle off in full and had the car since September still no hard plates poor customer service I need my tags

      Terrible customer service!!! DO NOT BUT A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Purchased the car on Nov 9. Today is Dec. 22. I have no registration, no one will help me. My complaint has been escalated but I hear from no one!!!

      I purchased a vehicle from driveway.com 11/7/22, everything was going decent, every step was a little delayed but other than that it was moving along smoothly. I was told that I'd have my plates within a couple weeks, its been 3 weeks so I decided to call the state DMV to get the status of my plate, they have no record of anything being filed! Where I live in order to get a temp tag MVD needs the title, so no temp tags for me. I call driveway.com to see what is going on in their end and they tell me they don't even have the *** inspection or the title yet and may take up to 3 months to receive it. SO WHY IS DRIVEWAY SELLING A VEHICLE WITHOUT HA***G THE ***** IN THEIR POCESSION?? Also I was told if I go and get the *** inspection done that it'll speed up the process so I did and apparently speeding up the process still means "at least 2-3 months and in some cases it may take longer". Now I'm left with a vehicle just sitting in my driveway that cannot be driven legally and insurance to be paid. WHAT A JOKE!! I wish I would've seen these reviews instead of the fake ones on their website before purchasing from them. IF YOU'RE READING THIS TAKE MY ADVICE AND BUY LOCALLY OR ATLEAST AVOID DRIVEWAY.COM. They get 2 stars because their customer service agents did answer quickly and were very nice, at the end of the day it is not their fault, Its the horrible company they work for.

      Do NOT use this company!!6 months after paying for my car in full they still have not provided me with the title to my car. It took them 5 months and a lot of calls to get the license plate. You can not get a hold of anyone who knows what is going on. Somebody is always going to "call you back." But they never do. They were communitive until they received our money then everything became a struggle. If they do not know how to register cars and provide the owners with their paperwork then they should not be running a car dealership. SAVE YOURSELF AND STAY AWAY

      My experience with this company has been less than stellar. I bought and trade in a car with Driveway in early October 2022. The purchase buying went through smoothly but the trade in has been a total cluster mess. Ive been waiting for two months for an update and Ive been communicating with them on a weekly basis to get an update, but they keep giving me the run around. They first said to call a number, and then when I call they tell me to call another number. When I finally got the right department, they had no idea that I had a trade in and told me to wait a few more weeks. Well, today I called and they gave me another run around. I finally got a hold of someone and they said that the trade in is still pending but will call me in 10 minutes get an update. He never called. Im now paying for the purchased car and the trade in for two months. I know I will be reimbursed but that money will take time to get back to me (even if the payoff quote is still valid). Its been very frustrating experience with the trade in process.

      HORRIFIC Experience. EIGHT people handled the sale of my vehicle, took over 2 months to get the vehicle. I have only **** miles on it and already a $2000 repair. UNREAL, and NO ONE CARES At this company. They will be out of business, NO ONE can operate like this. Easy web site, ***** you in. DO you want to trade your lemon now you bought from Driveway? Pu in your vehicle information and get $9000 LEASS than what you said for it three months ago!!!! OMG terrible. DO NOT BUY form these guys, absolute thieves. You will see them disappear. This is NOT even funny!!! Very scary people can get scammed into these things. Should receive MUCH LESS THAN ONE STAR!!!!!!

      If I could give a zero star I would. I purchased a car with a down payment of $3500 They seven day return says money back guarantee. Not true I sent the car back on the sixth day ** the undercarriage was covered in rust to the point were a mechanic told me the car wasnt safe and just received my refund of $2455. Apparently they charged me for shipping fees when the car wasnt even shipped to my driveway hence their name driveway. They have the worst communication. They are a fraudulent company.

      This sham of a company wanted 8K down on a 12k car. My credit score is 850. They ran my credit several times, knocking my score down by 10 points and then told me I didn't qualify for the loan. Whatever. ******************
