      I ordered two items from this company and the pH Balancing System expired Sept 2022. I sent three e-mails, 5-15-24, 5-22-24 and 6-21-34. I have called numerous times and no ones answers and there is no voice mail. This company is so infuriatingly unprofessional. All I want is a replacement product that is not expired.

      I have not received this item yet and did not want the case closed until I do. I have zero faith in this company to do the right thing until I actually have the item in my hands. This company didn't bother to reply to any of my attempts to communicate, so to close a file before it is completed is not holding them to any accountability..

      Better Business Bureau,

      My only concern moving forward is whether I can trust ordering from this company in the future. I understand shipping delays and such, but this seems to be a common occurrence by the other reviews. I dont mind waiting longer for produces, as long as a company is honest and realistic about shipping expectations. If their estimated shipping time is repeatedly not being fulfilled, I am kindly requesting that they change their information on their website to a more realistic timeframe. Id rather know a product will take longer to ship, than to not know whether or not it will arrive at all. 
      The company Bio-Alternatives sent the product right after I filed a complaint with BBB (whether by coincidence or bc I filed a complaint). Id rather not go through this process to receive an order. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and because I have now received my product, I do find this issue to be resolved. However, I do ask the company to kindly update their shipping estimates. I hope to have better experiences in the future with them.

      Past orders have arrived in a timely manner. Placed an order and credit card has been charged on 05/12/2024. I have not received an email confirming the order, have not received the order. I have emailed and called the company several times with no response. If I am not getting the product I ordered I would like to be advised of that and have my credit card refunded.

      It started over 2 year ago when I purchased MSM I noticed that it was completely different. It was crystallized MSM And not the regular powder form. I contacted the company numerous times just for them to lie to me. I know the difference between ******** MSM And powdered MSM Crystallized MSM Has fillers, where pure MSM powder dissolves completely in water. They tried telling me there was no difference, but i've been taking this stuff for twenty five years. They would not let me speak to a supervisor they just brushed me off.

      All of our products are pure 100% Natural.  Bio-Alternatives takes pride in the fact that we DO NOT add ANYTHING other than the product itself.  There are NO flow agents, NO binding agents, and NO fillers.  Because these products are all natural there can and will be some variants based on climate, harvest, rain fall, etc.  Every batch of product comes with a Certificate of Analysis verifying its authenticity. Once we receive the product it is tested both in house and with an outside lab to confirm results.  If there are ever any doubts to these claims, our customers are welcome and even encouraged to have the product tested themselves to insure purity and authenticity.

      I placed an online order November 15, 2023. *** reached out to this company via email, ******** messenger and tried calling and left several messages and then Ive called again and their memory is full on their phone.       Purchased Vitamin B12 from Bio-Alternatives on March 14, 2022. Worked well enough to reduce dosage. Lasted until August 11, 2022. August 12th, 2022, opened newly purchased bottle of B12 and placed one dropper under tongue then swallowed it. Immediately developed an allergic reaction. Facial, mouth and tongue swelling, itching skin, labored breathing and red bumps on various parts of my body. I went into anti-allergic mode, then thought to call the company because the Vitamin B tasted like Peppermint. I contact them and spoke with Ms. ****** who (to summarize) was not willing to extend any type of assistance that would help me in my current condition. It was scary and I wanted her to tell me if I could have been poisioned by the *************** She did not offer to replace the B12 or offer a refund. NOTHING! I was dealing with trying to breathe and wanted to move forward. I asked her for a return label to send back all of her products because I no longer had any confidence in her company and she refused. She also refused a refund. Contacted Bio-Alternatives ********** ***************** (twice) via e-mail and to date have not recieved a response. I then contacted my credit card company and told them the situation. They gave me a temporary credit, pending response from Bi0-Alternatives. Bio Alternatives responded several weeks later: The items were received in acceptable conditon. The credit was reversed. I then reached out to their office and was told that quality assurance protocols were in place to insure no cross contamination. However she did state that their vendors have different sources to obtain their ingredients from. They have no control over where the vendors get their products from. I returned their products at a cost of $17.00 plus supplies, faxing documents to my credit card company, etc... According to **** their products were returned 10-14-2020. To date, no refund of $83.35. They have my money and I have nothing. Requesting a refund.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I have never contacted PayPal about my dispute with Bio-Alternatives.


      After taking a dropper full of their Vitamin B12, I experienced serious allergic reactions.


      I reached out to Bio-Alternatives and their company offered me nothing.


      I then contacted Bio-Alternatives via e-mail (twice, at that time) and received no response.


      I contacted my credit card company and they rescinded my initial payment to Bio-Alternatives.


      After several weeks my credit card company received a response from Bio-Alternatives stating that their products were received by me in acceptable condition.  QUESTION: Where they present at the time I opened their package?  No, they were not.  How could their company know anything about the condition of their products? There was a leaking bottle.  My credit card company gave my credit amount back to Bio-Alternatives and asked me for further information.  Bio-Alternatives attempted to delay their response to coincide with the credit card companys time limitations.


      During the information gathering stages of my filed claim, ***************************** I contacted my credit card company and asked for more time, due to the hurricane. They agreed and granted my request. I worked closely with them to provide the information they requested and filed it two days before the ending date of their original timeline.  However, throughout the uploading process, there were some issues with the uploading links; thusly the 90 days had concluded and I was directed to reach out to the seller and hopefully resolve the dispute with them. I want to make this clear.CAPITAL ONE WORKED CLOSELY WITH ME THROUGHOUT THIS PROCESS. We worked together through the challenges and they were supportive. They have rules and the companies they do business with are aware of those rules and guidelines.


      I once again sent a couple of e-mails to Bio-Alternatives and was completely ignored.


      As stated previously, I sent all of my documentation to my credit card company. There were over a hundred hours spent gathering text(s), receipts, photos, documenting phone calls, copies of e-mails and shipping information. 


      Bio-Alternatives failed to mention that ALL OF THEIR PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN RETURNED TO THEM. These products were individually wrapped and labeled; in addition to being packed in protective pellets and paid for by me.


      Bio-Alternatives failed to offer any solutions. Once the money was returned, it became: We have your money, now leave us alone. I invested over $125.00 in this business transaction.  TO DATE:I have ZERO products and ZERO dollars.


      Bio-Alternatives have their products in their possession, along with my payment for said products. If a company has their merchandise back, why doesnt the customer have their money back?  That would be a fair and legal business exchange. This exchange has only benefited Bio-Alternatives and left me with a frightful medical experience and zero money returned to me.

      At this point, its fraud.

      Bio-Alternatives does it's best to respond same or nest business day to any issues or complaints as to resolve in a timely manner. 

      It is stated on our website:

      "If you are not satisfied with our product simply return the unused portion within 30 days for a refund.  *Money-Back return policy applies to single item purchases valued at less than $50.00 only. Shipping charges are non-refundable."  

      The reason for this company policy is because we would NEVER restock and resale product that has previously left our building to another customer to ensure safety and product quality.  

      To answer the question as to how the company knows the condition of the products:  As the customer stated (not by the advise of the ********************** nor its employees) she did send ALL of the products back to Bio-Alternatives.  Nothing was damaged and all was in good condition when received.  Unfortunately, everything was thrown in the trash and no refund was issued as per company policy.

      A dispute was filed with PayPal along with a chargeback with the credit card company and both found in favor with Bio-Alternatives.

      You provided the following supporting info.
      Customer placed order on Fri June 3rd. Shipping **** processed and created label on Mon June 6th. **** started tracking movement on June 8th with delivery on June 21st. We allow requests for returns 30 days from the time order is received rather than from when it was ordered (due to shipping delays) on single purchased items of $50.00 or less. In no way does this fall within our return policy guidelines, as it is several items and well beyond the 30 days. I'm confused as to how this order is not as described as she received everything she ordered and our company is proud to provide the highest quality product at an affordable price.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Bio-Alternatives has admitted to receiving their products back.  They further state that they discarded each of the products.  

      However, it is a crime to receive money for goods and the purchaser has neither the money nor the goods in their possession.  

      To date, the seller has both the money and the goods.  

      The buyer has neither the money nor the goods.  

      This dispute can be fairly resolved by: 

      1.  Seller offers a refund to purchaser.  

      2.  Seller offers to return all products to the purchaser. 

      3.  Seller offers a store credit to the purchaser. 

      I am not interested in anything other than a refund.  However, these are the fair and legal way(s) to handle these types of disputes.
