      I ORDERED 3 ITEMS ON 7/10 I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING THEY CHARGED ME $21.00 FOR SHIPPING THEY Take your money and nothing. At this point the reputation is garbage going down the drain I want my money back this is not a way to do business. if you could reach them to get info maybe you would wait but to take your money overcharge for your vitamins shows this business does not care anymore. The business looks closed and I do not want my products anymore why would you charge $21.00 for shipping something under 5lbs and it takes a month. The company is no longer reputable there is a complaint filed everyday no employees to talk to who is working?

      On July 9, 2025 I placed an order for (2) 4 Pack Ph Balance, total amount $130.89. My credit card was charged immediately. I received confirmation of the order, then nothing. No shipping info nor any further communication. I have emailed them three times with no response, and called their listed number a dozen times. Each time I get the message my call cannot be completed at this time. I have decided to find a similar product elsewhere, and would like a credit of $130.89 issued to my credit card.

      Placed order July 8th received email confirmation and cc charged for *****. As of 7/21/2025 received notice on **** informed delivery that a label was created and and **** is awaiting item. It is now 07/31/2025 and **** is still awaiting item???I have tried calling Bio-Alternatives several times and the call is not going through.Had a similar issue just over a year ago. I would like my ordered to be sent, however if it is not going to be sent I would like the business to call me ************ to refund me for my order

Because it is not Priority mail it does not get scanned every time a postal carrier handles it.       On July 12, 2025 I placed an order with the company, Bio-Alternatives. My order was confirmed for a total of $34.47. My credit card was charged the same day. As of today, July 24, 2025, I still have not received my product or received any correspondence that it has shipped. I have emailed and called. Phone rings, and then a get the messages are full response.

      I ordered 2 pouches of Anti-anxiety *********** 250 grams each. I placed my order on June 28, 2025 on their web site. I have not received anything from them. I tried calling and emailing them several times. No one picks up the phone and the message is always the same..."memory full" I've emailed them and have not had any response from them as well. I don't understand how you have rated this company as an A. The public needs to be warned about this company. I have ordered from them in the past and did receive the product. But now I'm not getting any response or any reimbursement for a product they did not send out. I also asked for a tracking number and have not hear a word for this company.

      I have made online purchases with this company in the past, as well as have referred patients to them. All was fine. It is painfully obvious that Bio-Alternatives is NOT managing their business in a professional manner any longer (2025). As MANY customers have reported, **************** does not answer their incoming phonelines...email contact goes ignored...and **** shipping prices have been artificially hyper-inflated to generate an additional layer of profit. This is indicative of a small company "circling the drain". As a Medical professional, I urge clients to avoid this company altogether, so as to avoid professional embarrassment.

      Bio-Alternatives is proud to provide the highest quality products at the most affordable price possible.  As for the shipping cost, we do not have control over what **** and *** charge us.  Rates are based on weight, size of box and where it is being shipped from and to.  We do however, offer free shipping on all orders $79.00 or more shipped anywhere in the ****

      I placed an order on June 24 2025, the cost was taken off my debit card and as of July 2 2025 I have yet to received the order. I've tried multiple times to get someone on the phone and as of this post, I have not been able to contact anyone at Bioalternatives. All I get is the phone ringing and then a robot telling me the memory is full. I've been doing business with them for over 15 years.

      ***** called yesterday and talked to a sales *** on 2 different occasions. At that time the computers were down and technical support was currently working on the problem. As soon as the computers were up and running a call was made to ***** and a message was left on his machine that his order has been processed, the tracking number, the shipping **** has it packaged and the order is on its way.

      Placed an order online on 6/17/25.I received an acknowledgment from them same day. Also, payment confirmation from ****** was received same day. They have not shipped my order and they arent answering their phone. I think this a poor way to operate a business. I have been a customer of theirs for many years and have not had this kind of problem.

      Ive been trying to place an order for the last two weeks. The website says that I failed the Captcha but one was never provided. Ive called and left messages with no response. Today their phone rings for a few minutes then hangs up. I really hope that they are not going out of business because they have great, pure products. And I have been using them for years.

      Bio-Alternatives is indeed still open and in business!!  We added new security features, the Captcha being one and having issues with accepting orders on the web site, because of that the phone lines have been overloaded with incoming calls.  We do have tech support working on the problem.       I am relieved to hear that Bio-Alternatives is still in fact open for business. I will email them my phone number so they can call me for my order. 
      I do want them to be aware of the problem that I am having placing an order online. The Captcha does not appear on my iPhone and iPad. When I hit submit I get a message saying that I failed the Captcha.

      I ordered oregano oil several weeks ago and have heard nothing. No one picks up the phone and the memory is full so I cant leave a message. I have left messages at the contact us on the website and no response. I goggled if this business is legit and found many others having the same problem at this time.
