    I ordered for $17.95 with free shipping. Which I paid for. Then my card was charged again for $29.95 with my consent. I have not received any more products or requested them. I called and no answer had to leave a message and hoping for a call back. In the meantime I am disputing this charge with my bank as well.

    I recently made a purchase under the impression that the promotion was Buy One, Get One Free. However, I paid for two items and only received two in total when I should have received two additional items free as part of the offer.This feels misleading and dishonest. The promotion led me to believe I would be receiving four items total. I feel as though Ive been taken advantage of through false advertising. This is not the right way to draw more customers in. Also, responding back to emails would be nice when a customer is investing in your product.

    Just like all of the other reviews on this page I too ordered supplements from Zeus labs on Tik Tok shop for $17.99. After that order I have continued to be charged $29.99 per month for the last three months. I see their claim in their responses of this being a monthly subscription in which we all agreed to at the time of checkout (which did not happen) and supposedly they will provide you with discounted offers. I have not received the first correspondence from this company other than to take my money every month which again was not authorized.

    I would give zero stars if I could. I bought a product from this company under the guise of a buy 2, get 2 free deal. Not only did they only send me two bags (and charged me for both), they also refused to give a refund or send the 2 free bags when I asked. I was also put on a monthly subscription, without my knowledge and was charged another $29.99 less than one week after receiving my order. I will not ever be purchasing from this company again, and would never recommend it to anyone.
