    I bought vitamin from this company 1 time for $17.95 and they charge me ***** for 5 months. Thats $149.95 they took from me in this hard economy. No product given, they are using this tactic to steal. I need it all back.

    On August 29, 2025, I ordered 2 Pkgs of gummies for $19.95. Then on 9/7/2025 $29.99 it was pending to come out my account that was not authorized by me. My credit card provider called me to see if I authorized Zeuslabs to charge me and I said no, so the transaction was decline. As I was checking my credit card provider on 11/2/2025, I noticed that I was charged by Zeuslabs on 9/7/2025 and on 10/12/2025 for $29.99 each time, and did not authorized them, nor did I receive any products. I called my card provider and found out that Zeuslabs changed their code and was able to charge me both times without my authorization. I have tried to contact them by phone and email ******* but it hard to get through to them by phone and have not heard back from them through email. I have read complaint that this has happened to other customers. I was not aware of this being a subscription when I made my first purchase with them. I am asking that my $59.98 be refunded back to credit card. Thank You!

    Stay away from this company. If you make a one time purchase, they will continue to bill you monthly without your consent. The products they sell are poor quality and will make you sick. They will not even give you a refund for their deceitful practices.

    ****! Purchased product for $19.95 on August 12, 2025. I received the product and then started getting charged $29.99 on August 24 and September 25, 2025. There was no description of membership on initial purchase. DO NOT BUY!

    I recently made a purchase on one of their items for $39.90 on 9/14/25. However, an additional unauthorized charge was added to my card for $29.99 on 9/21/25. I have read that many customers have had the same issue because they were enrolled in a monthly subscription without their knowledge or consent, and this appears to be the same issue for me.

    I ordered gummies from this company at ***** and now I AM CONTINUALLY GETTING charged ***** every month for nothing. These gummies are not worth all of that. It did not state that anywhere on the website. I want my money back and I want the subscription to stop.

    This company is a scam!! You try their products then they charge you ***** every two weeks. The only way to contact them is through an email that they dont respond to. They are falsely charging people and its not ok! Ive been waiting to hear back from the charges Ive received!

    I ordered for $17.95 with free shipping. Which I paid for. Then my card was charged again for $29.95 with my consent. I have not received any more products or requested them. I called and no answer had to leave a message and hoping for a call back. In the meantime I am disputing this charge with my bank as well.

    I recently made a purchase under the impression that the promotion was Buy One, Get One Free. However, I paid for two items and only received two in total when I should have received two additional items free as part of the offer.This feels misleading and dishonest. The promotion led me to believe I would be receiving four items total. I feel as though Ive been taken advantage of through false advertising. This is not the right way to draw more customers in. Also, responding back to emails would be nice when a customer is investing in your product.
