I am reaching out because I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience using your product. Not only did the product fail to deliver any noticeable results, but I also discovered an additional subscription charge that was never clearly disclosed in your advertising.I paid $17.97 for the product, and less than 10 days later, I was charged an unexpected $29.99 monthly subscription fee. I just ordered from this company and had pills delivered 4 days ago and had a call for fraud from my bank that they tried to charge my card again for $29, I just got 2 bottles delivered, what kind of liver do you think I have, this is ridiculous and fraudulent. On August 27, 2025, I ordered 2 Pkgs if gummies for $19.95. Then on 9/4/2025 $29.99 was pending to come out my account that was not authorized. I ordered a product from the company for $17.99 back in June from a social media website they were advertising the product on. After ordering the product, it was taking a while for it to come, so I googled the name of the company and found reviews that after they purchased the item from the company that they were trying to charge an additional $29.99 so I blocked them on my bank account website so that they would not put any additional charges on my card however, probably within two weeks later there was a decline charge on my debit card for $29.99. Fast-forward two months later today I checked my bank account online and noticed that Zeus labs company had put the charge for $29.99 through on my account which was an unauthorized purchase I didnt order anything else from this company and dont know why they charged anything without my permission. I am very angry and dont appreciate being scammed out of money for something I didnt agree to pay for. I did report it to my bank. Ordered from this business on 5/30 and never got a confirmation email about my purchase, although they took the money right away from my account. I emailed them a few days later and was told they had trouble finding my order due to an incorrect email address but i ended up receiving it a few days later. However, I checked my account on 6/13 and noticed they had charged me an additional $29.99, which was unauthorized.
