I went online to cancel my subscription only to find they had processed the next shipment a week early. My original purchase was 1/18/25. It did not ship until 1/21/25. I set a reminder in my calendar to start looking at the email with this account on 2/12. I discovered that they shipped on 2/11. My next shipment is not due until 2/20. This is an excessive lead time for the next shipment. It cuts into the time I am given to cancel the subscription in a predatory manner. I want a full refund of the order dated 2/11/25 totaling $231.98. I chatted with ****** at the company and was told "The subsequent orders process several days early to account for shipping and processing time" I argued that this was excessively early, but it fell on deaf ears.Business Response

I was a previous customer of **********************. Last time I ordered, I was under the impression it was cancelled. Apparently it was got. I was charged over $300 with no notice. Immediately I tried to cancel - no one responded for 6 days. They shipped the package despite a dozen attempts. I then tried to return since they did not notify me they were charging me. They refuse to accept my return and claim I should have been monitoring the account I assumed was cancelled. I have tried everything to get them to see reason. I set up a subscription with this company after trying out their product, and it has been a disaster. The product is very good, but the order processing is a mess. They incorrectly created two subscriptions minimum for me, one for one person, another for two and a third for a year supply. One order is like I set up which is for regular product, and the other was done for sugar free which I didn't want. I have tried to cancel when I got the last one but they told me it was too late. Initial transaction was 01/03/2025, item shipped 1/7 and was delivered 1/10. The seller has a 30 day return policy (presumably from the date of shipment as their customer service advised I am eligible for a return until today, 2/8/25. They also state on their site they will ship every 4 weeks per the contractual agreement I entered into. They charged my card 17 days after the first order was delivered, nowhere near 4 weeks (this is a separate issue to speak to the dishonesty and fraudulent behavior of this issue- I have disputed this charge with my credit card company as they refused to help despite violating said agreement by shipping weeks earlier than falsely advertised). The issue I seek resolution for is that I am eligible for a return, the business admitted I am eligible until today's date (see email), however they direct their customers to a link on their website for Returns, that show the date you are eligible for a return until, and they know full well only permits exchanges (I have sent two screenshots showing all of this as well of their site including my return eligibility date). I advised them of this and asked for a return label and they went from answering me instantaneously to ignoring my emails completely, refusing to send a return label and telling me they would escalate it. Clearly their plan is to run out the clock on the return window so they can keep my money. Consumers need to be warned about this fraudulent, deceitful business who does not uphold its agreements in any way, shape or form. Please assist me in getting a refund and in protecting future consumers.Customer Answer

I tried returning my order because the taste wasnt tolerable to my teenagers. And when I asked this the response was ****, and they said I can share them with friends and family. I saw this as placating, and they responded similarly when they didnt cancel my second month before it left their facility. And wouldnt respond until it was already shipped and then said that its too late to cancel that as well. I now have 2 package of awful tasting gummy bears and that cost me ***** plus ***** plus shipping. This seems very unreasonable.Business Response

In January I purchased nutritional gummies from Gruns. They arrived, and I found them inedible. I wrote to them and asked to cancel my subscription and for a refund. They sent a return label, but did not cancel my subscription. (I did attempt to cancel on the website, but it appears not to have gone through). At the end of January, I got a notification that another order had processed and my ****** had been charged $121.19. I tried to stop the shipment and could not. I have asked for another return label and refund and they have refused, even though OBVIOUSLY if I asked them to cancel because they were inedible I did not want to continue. Their customer service is terrible and this is unreasonable.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because their response fails to acknowledge that in order to get a refund, I had to contact my state attorney general. As the documentation I submitted with the complaint shows, the company's customer service was TERRIBLE, almost as if they were trolling me. Yes. I got a refund. I had to enlist the attorney general, who certainly has more important things to do than getting a refund for terrible tasting gummies.

I ordered what I thought was one package of their product a month for $47.99. Their advertisement was very deceptive. They charged me $181.99 for 4 packages. When I tried to contact them the first time they told me to submit an order number. I dont know if they provided one with my initial package because I threw out the bag. They provided no order number with a second shipment of 3 packages. I told them that I did not know the order number but I provided them with my name and address and I havent heard from them since. I dont even know how to cancel any further shipments because all it says on their website is to email them. Since they dont respond to my emails I am going to have to call my bank to stop any further shipping charges.Business Response

I canceled my order and subscription before another order was shipped but they are refusing to cancel or return the order. Even if I hadn't canceled, their website states my order is returnable until March 2, 2025 with a $5 fee and they are refusing to accept a return. Deceptive bait / switch tactics. I had order a month subscription l. Upon completion, I was offered 30%lifetime discount to upgrade to quarterly. I was subsequently charged full price come when the order was fulfilled. Upon reaching out to customer service, I was given the run around. I provided proof to them and they became unresponsive. This looks like a scam and or deceptive tactics. Included the original order with the confirmation with the 30% lifetime, the subsequent order i was charged,and the email comms where they became unresponsive.
