Hello,
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Please note that our refund policy is valid for 15 days from the purchase date. Unfortunately, any renewals, which appear to be the case here, are not refundable as they fall outside the refund period. The good news is that you can cancel your subscription directly from your account. Here are the steps to follow to avoid any future charges: ***************************************************************************************************** We hope this helps answer your question.Customer Answer

I am very disappointed with the customer service at ********************. ** I had expressed my grievance from November 2023 where I was charged twice for the basic membership and membership PRO. I did respond back last year with a snapshot of my ******** **** statement. However I got no response and no refund of total of $299+$199= $498. I did not login into the account and could not avail any of the classes as I had personal setback in my life due to which I could not make use of the membership . I request you to please refund me the amount that was charged twice for the same membership. 2) Secondly this year again I was charged $398 on Nov 23rd and another $398 on Nov 26th. I did not approve this transaction. I am not sure why my credit card information was stored without my permission and why I was charged . I am not even aware of what that amount is. Please refund me the entire $398+ $398 = $796 that was charged on Nov 26th and Nov 23rd of 2024. I am very very disappointed. I had very high hopes about mindvalley and talked highly about it recommending it to my friends. However I am not happy with the way my account is handled. Let me know how you can help. I urge you to kindly look into the matter and settle it without creating further grievance. Attached are the snapshot from 2023 and 2024 charged to my **** credit card.Initial Complaint

On October 21, 2024 I received an email stating that my MindValley membership would be renewed and I havent had MindValley for over 12 months. I thought that the email was a spam email so I did not respond. On October 29, 2024. MindValley charged me $199 USD ($283.77 CDN). After receiving this email, I thought maybe I will try MindValley again. After thinking about it for a few days I decided not to use MindValley. I did not go to the MindValley account. On November 5, 2024 I sent them an email stating that I do not want the MindValley subscription. They have not responded. I would like a full refund. Im so annoyed with them that I will never join MindValley again.Initial Complaint

I am writing to file a complaint against Mindvalley for charging an automatic renewal fee without prior notification or consent. On Oct 8, 2023, my account was charged for the renewal of a subscription. However, I did not receive any prior notification from Mindvalley regarding this renewal, as would be expected under standard business practices and consumer protection guidelines. The only email I received around the time of this charge was related to login access, with no mention of an invoice, payment, or renewal ******** a result of this lack of communication, I was unaware of the renewal and missed the opportunity to cancel before the billing occurred. When I contacted Mindvalley to request a refund, I was informed that their refund policy had expired, and they refused to issue a refund.I believe this practice is unfair and inconsistent with transparent business operations, as consumers should be clearly notified of upcoming charges, especially for subscription renewals. The absence of such notification puts consumers at a disadvantage and leads to charges they may not have anticipated or agreed to.I am requesting a full refund of the renewal fee, as this charge was made without adequate notice or consent on my part. I also ask that Mindvalley review its communication practices to ensure better transparency and compliance with consumer rights.Initial Complaint

I signed up for membership on 07/23/23. I paid $500. There was no disclosure/indication at sign-up that there would be an auto renewal, and I didnt give any type of consent for my credit card info to be saved. I barely used the site as I got sick. On 07/14/24, Mindvalley sent an email that my membership was auto renewing on 07/21/24. I didnt see the email until I saw the charge come across that evening. I reached out on 07/22/24 to inquire about the charge and to have it refunded (policy states a full refund within 15 days of any purchase). I was unable to get a live person and their text messaging functions did not work, so I proceeded with clicking the refund button online. It kept looping onto the same screen, however I did receive a confirmation email from Mindvalley after a few attempts that my membership was cancelled and that access had been removed, other than for the free content. Assuming I would be credited accordingly, I focused on addressing my health. Learned today that Mindvalley never credited me. I signed into the now dormat portal and, to my surprise, it showed an auto renewal membership as active, something done without my knowledge or consent. I reached out via the chat function (their messaging functions still dont work and you cant get a live person). The first live ***** disconnected me after writing that I wasnt eligible for a refund as I exceeded their 15 day refund policy. The second ***** wrote the same thing, and offered a significant discount for the next renewal. I reminded her I have an email confirming cancellation, which she asked to see. Response after review was that any request for a refund is outside their policy! I reminded that I hadnt agreed to renew, and cancelled, therefore policy doesnt apply. Agents response was that specialists will review and revert in 2-4 days. After reading reviews, posts, and the BBB complaints, I dont have much faith that they will do the right thing. Im hoping the BBB can help me.Initial Complaint

On November 6th I purchased a membership for $213.47. The website stated I have a 15-day cancellation window. I attempted to cancel November 7th by clicking on the provided link and it did not exist. I attempted to call the phone number provided and it has been disconnected. My profile/ account claims to have no payment info on file, ****, yet they were able to process my payment through ******. I have filed a complaint with ****** to reverse/ refund payment, however I am concerned that the response could be outside of the 15 day 'window' stated. Clearly this website is either a scam.. or.. the worst managed business I've dealt with. Considering all the previous issues noted I'm guessing it's a scam.Initial Complaint

Date of Transaction:The transaction occurred in November 2023 during a Mindvalley summit where the Total Wealth Mastery (TWM) program was advertised and sold. What the Business Committed to Provide:Mindvalley committed to providing a comprehensive, immersive program designed to help participants achieve financial mastery. This program was supposed to include three 2-day seminars covering ************ Trading, and Business, as well as access to high-quality coaching, workbooks, handouts, practice sessions, and an Inner Circle experience with direct access to key figures like ****** ********.Nature of the Dispute:The Total Wealth Mastery program failed to deliver on the promises made during the sales pitch. The course content was superficial, disorganized, and felt more like a series of upsells rather than a comprehensive educational experience. The material lacked depth, actionable insights, and real-world applicability. Additionally, the course was poorly structured, condensed, and not tailored to the diverse audience it targeted. Support from the coaches was minimal, and there was a lack of access to promised key figures. Customer support was non-existent, and communication from Mindvalley was severely lacking.Has the Business Tried to Resolve the Dispute?Mindvalley has not made a genuine effort to resolve the dispute. Despite numerous complaints from participants, there has been little to no meaningful communication. A last-minute Mastermind session with ****** ******** was scheduled only after persistent complaints, but there have been no substantial efforts to address the core issues or engage participants in a meaningful dialogue about their concerns. When or Where the Ad Was Seen or Heard:The program was advertised during a Mindvalley summit in November 2023, where it was promoted as a high-value, life-changing experience aimed at achieving financial mastery. The business has already received the extensive complaint of the poor delivery.Initial Complaint

The date of the transaction is September 19, 2024. I used the site with no problems right after payment. But when I tried to get back to it, it would not let me. The subscription was supposed to be for one year.Customer Answer

Misrepresentation and False Advertising:The program was advertised as providing exclusive opportunities, including direct involvement from prominent figures like ****** ********, Mindvalley CEO. However, these promises were not fulfilled. The inner circle experience and access to actionable financial education were absent, resulting in a breach of trust.Poor Quality of Content and Instruction:The program's content was superficial, repetitive, and lacked the practical depth required to justify its high cost. Many participants, including myself, found that the materials were inadequate without purchasing additional costly components, which were not disclosed upfront.Technical and Logistical Issues:The program was poorly organized, with chaotic scheduling, insufficient support, and technical problems that severely disrupted the learning experience. Despite numerous complaints from participants, these issues were never adequately ************ it stands, Mindvalley is offering a refund scheme based on the percentage of your course participation, which I believe is not sufficient given the courses overall failure to deliver on its initial promises documented above. Given these substantial issues and the lack of response from Mindvalley after 6+months, I request this issue be investigated and aid those seeking compensation as well as for future customers.
