This is an auto-renew problem. I canceled in order to avoid auto-renew shortly after joining in July of last year. I do not have a confirmation (could have gone to my spam folder which is only retained for 60 days). I haven't even logged into their website for many, many months and I no longer use-- nor intend to use -- their website/programs. I contacted them within an hour of receiving the notification from ****** that it auto-renewed; but they refuse to reverse/refund.Initial Complaint

On June 17 my credit card company reported I had pending charges of $215.83 from Mindvalley that I had not authorized or been made aware of through the company. I immediately tried accessing the MV website for support. MV recognized me as ******** and saw I had no active membership. I also opened the MV app, where I accessed lessons previously. It didnt show me as an active member. I eventually entered an AI bot chat and finally chatted with **** who uncovered that the charge was through a previous email account of mine that I havent been able to access for almost a year after getting a new phone. I assumed I had been hacked and asked **** if the account that was created with my old email used my actual name and profile and requested the account be closed and the money be refunded. There were gaps in responses. He, or the bot just responded that because the charge was for a renewal, there was no 15 day ***** period so no refund would be given but the automatic renewal would be discontinued. I pleaded to no avail that it was fraudulent. I later recalled that last spring while I was at our house in ********, *****, I had lost connection with my regular email, ************** so I had created a new email ******************** to use until I got back to **. It seems likely that when I started my subscription to MV while in *****, I communicated using the new email. Mindvalley apparently didnt connect my name, phone number etc. and instead created a whole separate account which again, I cant access. I did take 1 course. When I returned to ******** in September, I was able to reestablish my ************* email. When I got a new phone, ********* blocked access to the temporary email I created because verification was sent to my old phone which had been turned in, despite having the same number. Any communication MV might have had with me about my upcoming renewal was through that email, ********************. I wrote them a letter (uploaded below) but it was returned.Initial Complaint

I signed up for Mindvalley with the understanding that I could cancel anytime before the annual renewal. I stopped using the service months prior to the renewal date and believed I had canceled my subscription in time.According to Mindvalley support, my last login activity on my account was July 5, 2024. I have not logged in, accessed any content, or used the membership since that date.On July 5, 2025, my credit card was charged $322.92 for an annual renewal I did not intend to authorize.I contacted Mindvalley support to request a refund, explaining that I had discontinued use and believed the subscription was canceled. They claimed they sent email but, I didnt receive any emails leading up to the charge. Despite this, they have refused any refund or accommodation.I am requesting:A full refund of the renewal charge Confirmation that my subscription has been canceled and will not be renewed again It is unreasonable and unethical to keep $322.92 for a service I have not used in a year.Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.Initial Complaint

Read the fine print on this "money back" guarantee. Apparently, this does not apply to their automated renewal of a website, one no longer uses. When I noticed a charge for this, the day it was made, I requested a refund. Their chat bot told me, "Your subscription has been cancelled successfully on June 23, 3025, and no further charges will be made to your account. Your membership will remain active until June 23, 2026." I disagree with this policy. It is against what your founder claimed to present verbally, so you are getting a zero-star review, and it seems against your ideology to commit this level of dishonesty about a money-back guarantee. This is the result of speech not matching a CEO's actual policy. I respectfully request that Mindvalley change this policy. I expect a refund, and plan to request one through my credit card company.Initial Complaint

My experience was awful. I purchased a course that they said retailed for $349, and they gave me a 50% discount. The course was BS and they would not give me a refund. Complete sham.Initial Complaint

6/3/25 was charged $299 (Unauthorized Charge) I called *********** the end of 2023 or early 2024 to disput the prior charge on 6/1/23 for $399. I was told then that the subscription w/b cancelled and I would be refunded. I will be checking my statements to see if it was ever credited. but besides that a New Charge on 6/3/25 was posted (((No charges in 2024 as it was already cancelled))) The website does not allow you to call them (Ony by Whats App or Messaging) I cant figure it out to get it to work. I want the $299 credited back to me as this is outright fraud. I've already called ******* to disput the charges as well. So they charged me in 2023 and in 2025 for a subscription that I cancelled. The fact you can't email them or actually speak to customer service is a BIG red flag as to the status of the companyInitial Complaint

I was charged ($299) today (4/27/25) for a renewal to a subscription for MindValley. I immediately contacted them saying I did not want the renewal and to cancel my membership and refund my money (which was still processing in my bank) they said they sent emails reminding me of a renewal and would not honor the request. I searched my email and found many emails from them in my inbox, however, the only renewal email was found in my spam folder. All other emails from MindValley were delivered to my inbox EXCEPT the renewal email. I feel this was intentionally designed so I wouldnt see the renewal email in time and therefore be charged when the time was up. I asked for a refund for a year long subscription that hasnt even been activated for 12 hours. Contacting the company did nothing as they denied all my requests and basically said they would not do anything.Initial Complaint

Mindvalley is an app I signed up for last year. They automatically renewed a subscription and withdrew $320 without authorization from my credit card. I received no notice about renewal until the money was already taken. All other apps I have record of the subscription in Apple Settings on my phone that I actively monitor renewals and nothing was there! I received an email after the money was taken and contacted the company and it is an obvious scam. If you go to the App Store there are thousands of people reporting the same scam *********** refused to refund and quoted fine print. Then they were condescending to tell they cancelled me for next year like they were being gracious. The worst part. They are a self help app to help people grow personally and spiritually. What crooks to be such hypocrites
