    Service request placed through AHS and Paragon has STILL not shown up or called to reschedule AFTER standing us up on an existing appointment. They text and indicated they were in route and never showed, called, messaged, or anything. My husband had to reach out a couple times since and gotten either voicemail or text message from ****. Its the 4th of Aug. the service was requested 7/12/24, finally scheduled 7/22/24. No showed. Ghosted. Still playing phone tag?! ****** you cant do it just say so.

    I dont trust this guy at all please dont hire him. He told us new ACs just dont work that well. We went through our home warranty and I regret it. We had to replace the furnace and he told us in order to replace the furnace we had to get a new AC because they wouldnt work together. Found out later this is not true. We could have kept our old AC which ACTUALLY worked instead of him charging us for a new AC that he did not hook up correctly and we havent been cool ALL summer and since last year because he said thats just how new ACs work. I knew this wasnt true but finally we had an awesome professional out here today who affirmed this was false info. And that it was not true that we needed to get a new AC in the first place. Plus he hooked it up all wrong and used cheap materials (that are dangerous) to connect the wiring. The wiring was completely wrong and the air flow wasnt working because of the way this guy set up the new furnace and AC unit. Not to mention he charged us $800 for a thermostat which he just happened to not have a manual for even though it was supposedly new. lol! I dont even usually write reviews. But im livid. This is a terrible business.

    Given the current problems in the market for AC technicians, **** was great. He came out of his way to service our AC at almost 7 at night. AC working perfectly - took 1 week from call to service. I think one thing for everyone to realize is that there is a lack of service technicians in ****** - this came after the loss of vocational training in high school. ****** should invest more in AC technicians so that we can have people more promptly handle these requests in the future!
