I owned at 2018 Kia ******* My engine caught fire on September 14, 2021 due to the Kia ****** recall. I sent documents directly to Kia *** and the Kia ****** Settlement Administrator. From September 14, 2021 to the present, I have sent car rental receipts, fire report directly from the fire department, and pictures My confirmation code is DF2GCAEO. My claim was denied because the claim administrator did not see the fire report and my receipts from Enterprise Car rental. I resubmitted documents via email and I mailed the copies. Furthermore, I disputed the final determination in writing as required and I never heard back from the claim administrator. I am seeking reimbursement of my rental car car reimbursement.

I was part of a class action settlement, dollars for diskdrives and epiq are administrators. They rmail3d an update as to when we will get paid and several methods of payment to choose from Several days later2, I got the letter stating the payment was ready. I was a bit surprised to see there was no PayPal,****** pay as a payment method as proposed to. and approved by the court. I didn't think much of it at the time; a minor annoyance. There were only 3 options; a prepaid **** debit card, a virtual e Mastercard, or a paper check. I chose the e card as the other 2 methods would take another 10 business days to 2 weeks. I tried to use it at my grocers, but they cannot take eCards thiere. So I tried to load it on my ****** pay, it wouldn't accept it! It is worthless. Not only that but we only have 30 days to use it or it goes back to the administrators. When I emailed them, I was told oh no, it's very rare to find an actual store to take this as payment, it is mainly for online purchases It did not disclose that when choosing a payment method! I then requested for this money to be put on a different method; preferably PayPal which was stated it would be available in the email prior to the payment email but was then not offered. I was referred to dollars for diskdrives for info on changing my method of payment. I did send them an email but so far have not heard back
