I received an email last year in august that I am a victim of identity theft and I am in the class settlement may 2022. Then July 2022 I received an email that class settlement is court hearing on august 22, ***************************** when payment is available. So on June 12,2023 I call them and try get information on payment and the hearing how it went. The representative told me Im not receiving the settlement and I ask why he hung up on me. I filed a police report twice in august last year because it shows I am victim and someone have a driver license and two lane lines under my social security number on my bank statement alerts. I am a true victim and I would like capital one data breach settlement administration to really look into my case and reconsider me for this settlement. I may not have spent money but I do have proof of my identity stolen based on capital black data has been taken . I received an email from epic via Tremendous for a payout for Zoom Class Action Suit.Email was an Amazon gift card fir $32.32.CODE IS INVALID!!!!!No one at epic pay can or has helped me. I was told they would get back to me but we all know how that works. Comments online are that they are trying to NOT make these required payments. Hello,Last Thursday, June 2nd, I responded to an email from this company, promising a settlement for a class action lawsuit with Zoom. I chose to receive ***** dollars via Paypal. Today I received a notice from Epiq Pay that my Paypal payment had been made (my account funded with the settlement of *****). No such payment was sent to my Paypal account. The phone number listed to call is not a manned number so there is no way to contact the company. I'm seeking payment of ***** to Paypal.Thanks for any help you can provide.Initial Complaint

A settlement from Rodan + Fields was to be issued via an Amazon gift card through the ************* **** has made the process of collecting said claim a convoluted and frustrating process. It seems to be attempting to deter people from collecting the funds owed to them from the terms of the settlement. Checks that are not cashed after six months can no longer be cashed. 5-18-22 my *** ****** caught engine fire due to a recall. Its still sitting in my yard and other recalls have occurred.. I had it towed and had to pay charges, then *** and ************ had it then *************** ***. I have receipts and they have still not put a new engine in my car. They are at fault for the motor. I love my car but not without the new motor it needs from the recalls. Please take action. Purchased 22 Porsche Macan S in April. Car delivered without electric steering option. Advised future retrofit. Recently found out Porsche decided to refund $1000 through third party, Epiq Pay. Never contacted by them, only way to contact them is through ** Mail. Ive done this several times with no luck. Program ends in a few weeks. My name is ********************I am a class member for dollars for disk settlement. My settlement is managed entirely by Epiq team. I apologize for the lengthy email, but fraud has happened and the admin team at Epiq refuses to help. A month ago, admin advised me that my reward was distributed incorrectly and fraudulently to another resident (a resident of **********) where I never lived. See messages attached below: I told them to reissue the reward to the correct person (me) but they refused. See evidence: They emailed me today, after 40 emails, that they cannot reissue the reward, despite them agreeing to the fact that it was fraudulently issued to another person, with a different address, email, phone, state, etc.Can you please email them and see if you can do anything?
