5 starsAlert 360 does our home security and from the salesman, Chris *******, to the tech advisor, Greg, the service has been flawless in every way. Greg came by on a Friday evening to stop the squeaking of a smoke alarm and resolved the problem entirely and quickly.

1 starMy grandmother who recently passed away had Alert 360. We have tried to cancel this since her passing as there is no-one living in the house anymore. Additionally, this has been so hard on the family, the last thing we need is to deal with more complications. Please explain to me why the executive of state has called multiple times trying to cancel, and Alert 360 will not let us cancel (we have been told every story in the books as to why we can't cancel). They continuously keep drawing funds out of her account. We have been fighting with them for 3 months now!! I guess money is all that matters to this company which nowadays why expect anything more.
