      **** came and fixed our system. He was very professional and courteous, fine gentleman. Very happy with 360.

      One of my sensors on the 22 year old system failed and gave a false alarm. Alert 360 took over the system about 6-7 years ago. The tech came out and replaced all the sensors in the failed zone. ***** was very thorough and did not rush the job. He readily answered all my questions. When he was finished he again related all he had done and gave me a refresher course on my console. I was very pleased.

      Super service the technician was outstanding. He found out what my problem was and solved the issue. He tested the whole system before he left to make sure everything worked properly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alert 360 to anyone.

      First telephone support was excellent no waiting time English speaking ****************************** people with no accents. I had no problems understanding. I got the first available appointment for a technician home visit and was treated professionally and fairly after a short delay. The morning of the visit a young gentleman appeared very personable and professional Did his job quickly and completely and explain the entire process to us. I would highly recommend your technical assistant and customer assistance.
