      Alert 360 did an excellent job positioning the keypad and the smoke and CO detectors for my convenience.
      They were very patient explaining all of the controls on the system as well as on the app that goes along with it.
      Excellent installation, highly recommend.

      They owe us 8 months of service and haven’t paid us. We didn’t have service for 8 months but they continued to take out of our bank account

      Alert 360 has taken excellent care of our expanding security system needs from alarms to cameras to online controlling and monitoring via their app.
      Their remote technicians are always courteous and attempt to solve problems over the phone. If they can’t, their in-person technicians are likewise courteous, well trained, and thorough in making sure they have restored the system to complete operational order.

      Got new windows and needed sensors to be reattached and new one added and new batteries on door- Made appt, texts sent teice to confirm, tech- friendly,nice guy- Jacob, called he was on way, came on time, did work efficiently to correct issues. Just what was beeded in timely manner
