1 starDo not use Alert 360 under any circumstances. They will take your money and you won't even know it. And even if you speak to them on the phone and tell them you do not use their services they will not cancel it and then send you a notice from collections. They are a scam.

Thank you for providing your feedback, *******. Alert 360 prides itself on providing industry-leading customer support, and we never want to have a negative interaction with a customer. Upon researching your account, I see you were under a valid agreement with Alert 360, and in addition to signing the Alarm System Monitoring Agreement you also signed a “No Secrets” document which restates the terms of the agreement in plain English in order to avoid any misunderstandings. Our team made attempts to reach you to discuss your account on numerous occasions, without a response. At this time Alert 360 does not show an active account under your name. We recommend you reach out to the company that currently has your account for further assistance with this complaint.

5 starsI gave 5 star because my technician was polite and to the point on restoring my window alarms. He explained to me again about how my alarms reacted to when they notified me on a crack in my window. That was very helpful and also showed me again how to change out my batteries. 2 starsCan not get consistent alerts sent to my phone from my outdoor cameras. Sent numerous support tickets and emails. They say they’ve tried to call, but I keep my call log that says differently. When they did come out to fix THEIR faulty equipment, they want to charge a trip charge, I would not recommend this company unless you want security that only works sometimes. They can’t even be bothered to send out a new yard sign after hail broke their cheap plastic one.Review fromVickie S
