      My technician was great. Took care of the smoke alarm that was causing problems and then made sure everything else was in top order. He was polite and professional and knew his business very well.

      Alert 360 is a professional company that does what it says. Sales and tech staff are very accommodating. Installation was very smooth and clean. The tech who installed our system gave a very thorough brief on the use of the equipment.
